Jesus was very attentive from the first communication, flexible on arrival because we were delayed and he offered us lunch, the person who helped us at the facilities was very friendly and respectful, very approachable and the place was very nice, I hope to return ☺️

The staff at the hotel were excellent and did an awesome job of catering to us. Even when we’d technically checked out of the room, but still had 8 hours before our bus to leave, they looked after our luggage and accommodated us with towels so we could visit the Banos de Los Incas. Thank you!

Janet and her husband have been excellent hosts, from a warm welcome to saying goodbye with a very nice gift from Cajamarca. Always willing to answer our questions and give us directions. The apartment is as described and more. The amenities, order and arrangement of the appliances are more than enough to have a comfortable and quiet stay. Besides, it's not far from downtown. We are leaving very happy and I hope to return soon 😊
