Comfortable, well equipped, tastefully decorated apartment in great location overlooking the beach . Easy access to local amenities and the coast path . Car parking space tight and care required to access from busy road. Great place to stay !

The photos cannot do justice to how remarkable the apartment is. Space in abundance plenty of room for two couples to enjoy without being in the way. As just a couple, we totally loved the apartment and the fantastic views. There is a TV if you must, we just enjoyed the bay window with comfortable chairs and a bottle of wine. Sun sea and people watching, fantastic. local restaurants all excellent a superb chippy The nr by wine- tapas bar the place to visit. The parking permit is a great bonus. Hardly used the car the location has it all. Great shower and comfortable bed, lovely spacious kitchen with all the requirements you would want. I could go on for pages but it would be more an enjoyable experience for you to enjoy yourself

We have rarely felt such a sense of luxury and space in an AirBnB stay. It is an interesting mix; modern fixtures and appliances in an old building. The waterfront location made for great walking opportunities right out the front door. Sarah provided a lot of information about the unit and responded quickly to questions. The heating controls may be too sophisticated for their own good, or maybe I am too simple for my own good. I am happy with a thermostat that merely turns up or down. Happily, Sarah can mange the system remotely and you might do well to let her do so. We had a great stay and appreciate the effort Sarah has put into creating such a welcoming and comfortable setting.

The apartment is in a prime position near the harbour and restaurants , with desirable sea views. we found the apartment to be airy and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen area should you feel the need to eat in. would recommend this property if staying in the area.

Yet another fabulous stay at Katrin’s beautiful home from home. Such a unique apartment with beautiful furnishings - very tastefully decorated. Everything is pristine and Katrin has thought of everything that you could need during your stay. We loved sitting in the window and watching the sea and sunset and people watching - very relaxing break. This is our second visit to Katrin’s home and will not be our last. Thank you for hosting us again and for always being so responsive and helpful.

The flat was very clean with a nice view on the marina. The beds were comfortable. The flat is next to a busy street but quiet if the windows are closed.

The apartment and area are a little piece of heaven. The apartment has stunning views and everything you could possibly need for your break away. Great base to explore the area around and I recommend a train journey to take in the stunning scenery.

We had the most perfect weekend getaway at Lloyd & David’s lodge. The place is stunning from the private garden and relaxing hot tub to the beautiful views all around. It was peaceful, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lloyd and David were incredible hosts who truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and taken care of. You can really tell they’ve put a lot of love into creating a special retreat. We’re beyond grateful for the experience and will 100% be returning in the near future. Highly recommend this amazing place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable escape!

My family and I stayed for a week at Otters Holy to celebrate a milestone birthday, it truly was the most memorable special week. The house is beautiful with an amazing setting. So lovely to wake up to the river views and spotting wildlife. We all enjoyed the peace and quiet, the hot tub, sauna and taking the kayaks out on the river. Katerina was always in hand to answer any questions and offer advice as needed. We would all love to return to this place!

We had a great stay in Poppet. The house was really lovely. It was so clean and everything looked brand new. We really liked the decor. The beds were super comfortable and the bed linen soft and clean. The front porch is a lovely place for a morning coffee in the sun. Poppet Sands is a lovely spot for a swim and very family friendly. There’s a great coffee shop called Crwst. We would highly recommend this lovely house!

We had a great stay at Jo’s accommodation! Beautiful property in a lovely little town with amazing views!!!! Lots of nice pubs/restaurants within walking distance and dolphin spotting at the harbour is a must. Parking is ‘tight’ at the property but we parked on a local street by the property with no issues.

We had a lovely stay! The host was fantastic – very accommodating with our request for an early check-in. The caravan was cosy, immaculately clean, and had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful welcome basket, complete with wine, biscuits, and even treats for our dog. A really nice touch! We’d happily stay here again.

Just wow…. I didn’t want to leave! Homely, very spacious, beautifully decorated, lovely furnishings, well equipped kitchen, great utility/boot room, great views from all rooms, gorgeous outside patio and views, great coastal walks, lovely local pub, seal spotting from the deck….. We had a lovely stay at Wendy's. Borth is beautiful and the view from Wendy's is stunning. It's a really lovely location, and it was great walking to the High Street to eat out in the evenings. Wendy also provided a great breakfast hamper every morning which set us up for the day. We found her very friendly and helpful. We were very comfortable in Wendy's beautiful home and really enjoyed our stay.

Helen’s place is gorgeous. Extremely tastefully decorated, well maintained and immaculately clean. It’s centrally located, in walking distance to everything that Aberaeron has to offer. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and well organized. The walk in showers were ideal for my elderly mom. We really appreciated the welcome pack filled with local delights. I highly recommend Helen’s place to everyone and would love to stay again should I return to Aberaeron.

We were delighted to find Estuary's Rest right on the water! We were blessed with a short stay, that was peaceful and provided just what we needed. Seeing and hearing the birds on the water, in a safe, spacious and cosy property. Jane was helpful from the outset, and we had lovely check in and check out experiences. We had forgotten the cooking facilities were microwave / air fryer instead of a hob or oven, but the microwave / air fryer is a really good combi one and we were able to cook what we wanted to and also enjoy a meal out in Manucci's Italian, Cardigan. Poppit Sands beach was lovely as was our time walking around St Dogmaels and the 12th century Abbey. Thinking about the simple rhythms of life the monks of the past would have lived without TV, internet or distractions, at one with creation, one another and the Creator. We enjoyed our lunch at the cafe there, food great and so friendly. Every blessing over Jane's place and St Dogmaels! We were blessed to stay. Thank you :-)

We had a great stay at Rhos Mor. Well appointed, clean and warm flat. Less than 2 mins down to the front at Aberdovey. Easy free parking less than 5 mins away, able to unload outside flat. Would recommend.

Just returned from a wonderful stay. The apartment was in a perfect loacation, it was spotlessly clean, very spacious and everything we needed was there. We would definitely book this apartment again and it was very reasonably priced, especially as it Easter weekend. Thank you so much!

Loved the Tabernacle - (and Aberdovey in November). It suited us really well. A big thank you too to Louis for being so kind and understanding, and rushing to let us in when we locked ourselves out - just to find we had found a way in! Would highly recommend and would love to come back.

What an absolute treat! We had a brilliant time based in Sarah & Julio's beautiful apartment, greeted with generous extras throughout, interesting books and more. Coming from Sheffield, it was especially wonderful to be able to watch and hear the waves breaking right by us too. Can't thank them enough - great communication and flexibility too.

you could have ask for anything more. we are from States and 2 floor to us is 3rd floor in UK. we had lots of luggage but we managed. I would definitely return here if return to area.
