Renovated 50-square-meter apartment on the 1st floor in a small independent house at the back of our garden with no neighbors. We use the ground floor as a garage. On the edge of a non-traffic street, you will be close to the historic center (10 min walk) and access to Puy Mary. Free parking at the top of the street 150 m away, possibility to stop in front of the accommodation to drop off luggage and leave bicycles in our garage. Terrace not accessible except during the Éclat festival week.

Ideally located in the heart of Aurillac (in the pedestrian area), you will have an independent floor which contains a large bathroom, a bedroom with very good quality bedding and a desk area with Wi-Fi (no kitchen or kitchenette). Our cottage is located in the mountain hamlet of Les Boissines, located at 1150 m altitude and offers spectacular views of the Cantal mountains. Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station. Area of 110 m2 with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms (one of which opens onto the mezzanine) with double beds. Terrace, garage, 3500 m2 lot.

Semi-buried cabin

I built this semi-buried and vegetated cabin in the middle of nature, 1.5 km from the center of Argentat, using mainly wood taken from the site or from my forests. Bordered by a small communal path only accessible to pedestrians, the place is peaceful. Only 2 other cabins about 50 meters apart occupy this place.
