Gastgeber hat transfer organiesiert- super funktioniert -- Kühlschrankt vollgefüllt mit Mineralwasser, Cola, Bier (Kostenpflichtig aber Kosten wie üblich auf der Strasse in Geschäfte ) - Zimmer, Bad, Küche, Terasse (Riesig ...mit Tisch Sesseln ,Liegesseln ) alles sauber--Der Ausblick ist unbezahlbar - Klimanlage funktionierte zuverlässig- wenn wieder Havana nur da-- Proaktiv wurden jeden 2 Tag gefragt ob was brauchen- Zimmerservice oder was besorgen oder organisieren -- - toller Gastgeber- so bleibt Havana eine Reise wert.

Muchas hablan a cerca de Cuba, que hay pobreza e injusticias sociales y eso es cierto, pero yo quiero hablar de un país con una arquitectura única y hermosa, de un país lleno de historia y lugares maravillosos que valen toda la pena conocer, esta casa ubicada en el centro de La Habana, dotada con todo lo necesario para que los visitantes disfruten, conozcan y vivan una gran experiencia. Como si esta maravillosa experiencia fuera poco lo trascendental y maravilloso lo hace su anfitrión César y su pareja Olaysis, fueron incondicionales con nosotros, nos hicieron excelentes recomendaciones. Estuvieron atentos a cada una de nuestras inquietudes; así que si alguien desea ir a Cuba vayan tranquilos y hospedense en esta preciosa casa, pero no olviden exigir que César sea su anfitrión el realmente hace la diferencia. Mi familia y yo los llevaremos por siempre en nuestro corazón.

Is by far the most beautiful place I have ever stayed in Havana and I’ve been coming for 30 years. It is absolutely spectacular. Susie looks after the place is a light and a wonderful help mate. The house was immaculately clean the sheets and towels were wonderful. The view was beyond compare. It is as good as any hotel. I have stayed anywhere in the world and I have stayed absolutely everywhere. My only reluctance and telling everyone how great this place is is that it will be booked. Next time I come. It’s the only place I stay in Havana.

My family and I loved staying at Alessandro’s place. The location is perfect, with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away, making it super convenient to explore the area. The apartment itself was exactly as shown in the pictures—beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The hosts were outstanding—super attentive, helpful, and incredibly responsive to any questions or requests. I would highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be back!

Staying at this Airbnb felt like coming home. The hosts were truly exceptional, from the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with open arms. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The neighborhood was just as lovely. It was quiet, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We enjoyed the calm atmosphere and felt completely safe and at ease the entire time.

Excelente estancia en el departamento de Rosa. En primer lugar y desde antes de hacer la reserva Rosa respondió a todas mis preguntas de manera rápida y clara. Durante nuestra estadía se preocupó de cada detalle. Somos 6 personas viajando y todos quedamos muy felices. El departamento es muy lindo. Cómodo. Con aire acondicionado y wifi. Las camas muy cómodas para descansar. Todo muy limpio y la ubicación muy buena para salir a comer, bailar y disfrutar de La Habana de manera segura. Recomendaré este alojamiento a mis amigos que quieran conocer La Habana.

Mi estancia a pesar de las condiciones de Cuba no fue mala pero en cuanto a calidad y precio tuve que pedirle una secadora porque el baño no tenía secadora la Dueña me tuvo que prestar su secadora de pelo además de qué hubo problemas con el agua y tuve que bañarme sólo una vez al día Durante varios días para ahorrar agua una vez me quedé enjabonado , el baño en la bañadera o en el piso del baño no tiene cifa y sale un olor horrible cuando entras al aparta un olor a escusado fosa un olor desagradable por lo demás todo funcionó bastante bien

Ivis place is the place ti stay in Habana. Walkable distance between Havana Vieja and El Veda’s with the Malecón steps away. You really feel you are living in Havana staying and the Centre where regular Cubans go about their lives. There’s a few restaurant options and night venues not far away. The place is EXTREMELY CLEAN and it has all amenities for you to cook if needed. There was even salt and oil there as well as shower gel on the bathroom. Ivis allowed me to check in VERY early- 6 hours ahead checking time which I deeply appreciated and was always responsive and at reach. She has a very friendly and amicable manner as I’m discovering is common about Cubans. Will definitely come back. Price is great too for what it offers.

Zunilda was very professional and responsive. We loved staying at the very cute apartment. There were a few restaurants within walking distance, the neighborhood felt safe. The space was not only beautiful, but very clean and tidy. The beds were comfy, and the customer service was excellent. We would stay there again! Thanks, Zunilda!
