We are 5 minutes walking to the subway and everything is in this area - all types of restaurants, cafes, a mall, trendy stores, etc. If you like to walk, you can walk downtown, to Chinatown, Koreatown, the UofT, even High Park. I love meeting people from all over and will be available to talk and help you out as needed.

Not recommended for people who struggle with heavy luggage. No elevator.

Street parking only (by default is 3 hours parking) Need temporary on-site permit from midnight to 7 AM. Can apply from city website for the permit.

2nd floor-Sunnyside Beach Room

A very quiet room with a double bed facing trees, the neighbourhood and the setting sun. The house is a 4 minute walk from the boardwalk at Sunnyside Beach on Lake Ontario, a 3 minute walk to High Park and a 7 minute walk to the commercial area of Roncesvalles Avenue with shops, restaurants, cafe's and bars with live music, two 24 hour gyms, and The Revue Cinema.
