Listing is as described. The street is quiet, paid parking is not too expensive (€5 per day) and the center is easily accessible on foot. ideal for the Christmas market!

Superb accommodation with balneotherapy sauna and hammam, all of very good quality and tastefully decorated. In addition, the host is very welcoming (very nice welcome video where everything is well explained) and responsive if needed. A little piece of heaven for a wellness break for two.

Excellent we spent in Reims in this cocooning accommodation. The bedding is very comfortable, the apartment is functional and really soothing, no noise. The sauna is great except that you would need a manual because you don't dare to touch all the buttons when you don't know this kind of equipment 😬 Fabien uses the "Pass pass" app for renting, after a few manipulations , the use of this app is nice. Looking forward to returning to Reims, a super nice and pretty city.

We loved this place, it was very quirky, but suited our requirements perfectly. The location is amazing, you can walk everywhere, including to all of the major champagne houses. We would thoroughly recommend.

Laurent is very attentive! From the warm welcome to the hearty breakfast left in front of the door through the tips for the sauna and Nordic bath, really excellent! I highly recommend for couples who want to treat themselves to a quiet break.

Very nice house with all amenities, good beds, nice spa area and beautiful views over the vineyards and the Marne. Jean-Christophe was a very friendly host who made us feel very welcome. The house is a beautiful base from which to explore the beautiful region and to relax after a busy day. Recommended!

Very pleasant stay in a very tidy and very welcoming accommodation. Plus the barbecue and sauna, as well as bottles of champagne on ice.
