Villa ONLY for FAMILIES and COUPLES. Our villa is located 30 minutes from the center and the airport in a quiet and secure pedestrian residence. The furnished villa is carefully decorated and fully air-conditioned, located on a large enclosed, wooded and unoverlooked lot. It has a roof terrace with views of the Atlas Mountains, an equipped terrace on the ground floor with a private 8 m x 4 m pool, HEATED for an additional €40/day from November 15 to March 15. Housekeeper and/or cook at extra cost.

Architect's house located in the typical countryside of the Marrakech region, for nature lovers. Beautiful garden, vegetables from the vegetable garden and chicken coop. There is a private pool. All on a 5000 m2 lot. A caretaker is present on the property and a pool cleaner cleans the pool twice a week in winter and every day in summer. Water and electricity are sacred resources in the countryside :) Respect for the environment is important.

What an amazing house! We spent a week there with our parents and children, and our biggest frustration was not staying longer! Total disconnection, barely wanted to go out, we felt so good there. Very spacious and well-equipped house, nicely decorated. And our real happiness was to benefit from the services of a home cook, whose cooking was excellent. Thanks to Christophe for his availability and responsiveness, and thanks to Widad and Badira for contributing to our well-being during this week.

The house is beautiful, clean and quiet. Abdel is attentive, very welcoming and very available throughout the stay! Dream vacation with the amenities offered: taxis, activities, etc. Villa with 24-hour security. Hayat, our housekeeper, is incredibly kind. His dishes are beautifully good for a very good price! We'll be back, that's for sure!

To everyone thinking about booking this place, my only recommendation is: DO IT! The house was amazing, clean, big, with a beautiful garden, and a great pool. It looked much better than in the pictures, and the value for money is just incredible. The host was super friendly, helpful with some issues we had, and always there if you need him. Last but not least, the housekeeper Imane was amazing! Her cooking was exceptional, along with her personality and how helpful and joyful she was! Made me feel well at home!

We had a lovely stay. A spacious villa, well appointed, and perfectly equipped to meet all our needs. The private pool not overlooked was a real asset, allowing moments of relaxation. The gardener's interventions are discreet and informs you of his/her visit. The peaceful atmosphere and proximity to the center of Marrakech made this stay a real break of happiness. I would recommend it in a second!

Beautiful house, fully equipped and suitable for children especially with the presence of many animals. The interior of the house is wonderfully well decorated, each room has all the toiletries. The garden is also very well maintained, with many flowers and plants that beautify the place. Nora the cook prepared us extremely hearty and delicious dishes. Abdou, on site, is an amazing person, always ready to do a service to make our stay go smoothly. We will be back without a second thought for a future Moroccan stay!

Beautiful villa which was clean, spacious and had gated security. The location is around 30 minutes to the main centre, which was slightly inconvenient, however Yahyas amazing communication with private taxi companies made our transport to and from the villa very easy. Would recommended for a group if not wanting to stay in the centre.
