A centrally located room with a private entrance and toilet. In the apartment there is a 140cm wide bed. A spacious closet, fridge, microwave and electric kettle. Walking distance into the city center, grocery stores, public transport and a stone's throw from the river and our amazing boardwalk that can lead to the city or nature and rapids. It is also walking distance to Bölesholmarna via Lundabron where there is access to the swimming area. Welcome!

Perfect both for a few days of relax and tourism and for those traveling on business. You can leave the car at the door and get everywhere on foot, since the apartment is just 2 minutes from the center. Even when the right conditions you can spot the northern lights just 100 meters from the apartment!

Roomy and bright apartment at Teg. This location is very private but still only a short busride or a 20 minute walk to Umeå city centre. It is also located close to the airport and the Avion Shopping Mall. The apartment is modern and has a fully featured kitchen as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa-bed in the living room.
