Vacation rentals with lake access in Central Macedonia

Our stay was excellent and we had a great time with our two children. The hosts very friendly, the house clean and the sea very close! We'll be back at the first opportunity!

We stayed here in June for a few nights and we loved it. Spotless and very comfortable. It is very well equipped and is very pretty and stylish with a warm homely feel. The private garden is pretty big and has some beautiful cherry trees. We enjoyed the outdoor seating. There's beautiful nature sounds from native wildbirds so very relaxing altogether. Responsive and caring hosts!

We had a wonderful stay at Joulia's house. The hosts are kind, warm and friendly. We had an amazing time. The house is just near the center of velvento. We feel lucky to have experienced velvento and the surrounding area which is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommended.

Very nice and would love to come again. The rare case when the object exceeds expectations, although the photos were taken quite decently and appropriately. No significant disadvantages were found :) there is no store within walking distance, but this is not important, since we were in a car. You can hear the road from the upper room, but if you close the window - it's fine, at night there are no cars at all. The rooms are lower - no problem. Nearby there is a very good fish market, supermarket, etc. There are 2 plastic boats in the house, one of them is quite decent Seajack, quite progressive, the second is good for children, but it also floats. We had 2 kayaks (framed inflatable) floated around the island, got a lot of good impressions. Special thanks to the host, we arrived at 3:30 am, because the car broke down on the way, he was waiting for us, during the stay he gave us good advice. In a nutshell: very good, suitable for families with children (age rather 4+, because there are stairs in the house), there are few people and very quiet, because the beach is large enough, the common parking is far away, and there are no large objects with a crowd of tourists on the spot. If you take boats, you can find beaches without people at all, especially if you stay on beaches with pebbles, there really is no one there at all! Hervorragend! Ideal für Familien mit Kindern, eher 4+ da die Treppe im Haus. Möglichst die Boots mitnehmen/mieten. 2 Kajaks im Haus sind auch gut, der längeren ist auch für die längeren Strecken geeignet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, es ist selten, wenn Realität besser als Erwartung ist! Der Besitzer ist wirklich gut! Wir sind wegen einer Panne um 3:30 in der Nacht gekommen, er hat auf uns gewartet, gar nicht gemeckert ;) so was ist ja selten. Sehr gerne wieder!

Lovely house, super clean with all the facilities. Nice garden, perfect for small children to play. Next to the village one can find the necessities and generally the location is convenient for excursions in the wider area. The communication with the owner was direct and helpful.

Great host, excellent communication, clean and tidy. She was very welcoming and made sure we were not lacking anything. Definitely recommend!

Maria was a great host. She arranged transportation from the airport to her home and then back to the airport for us. She also personally drove us to the super market to get some supplies to cook a meal in the kitchen. The home is very clean and very close to a beach and several beach bars. It also has a great view of the water from the porch area. Maria was very accommodating and made this trip very enjoyable.

Yorgos was the best host I have ever had. He made us feel immediately like a part of family. He bought a milk for us an evening before we arrived and placed it in the fridge, as our son can’t fall asleep without the milk. Next day he invited us to his house (which is right downstairs) and introduced us to his family and invited us to cook and eat pizza with them. On the beach he gave us the big sun umbrella for free, and brought our kids for a tour in his coolest boat! He treated us with ice cream and local olives! His family is very lovely and they all speak great English. I feel like going there next summer again! Thank you Yorgos and the family, we felt very happy and at home during our summer holidays! 😇🙏🏻🥰

Clean appartment, quiet place, near restorants, good party on the centrum on open space. Concerts, music, dance.....nice.

We spent an unforgettable vacation in Ilias' apartment. The kitchen is furnished with everything you need to prepare a meal. The terrace is huge and with a unique view. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs where the bathroom is. Downstairs there is a small toilet. The apartment is in a quiet location and within walking distance from the main street of Nikiti. Ilias is an excellent host and helped me several times when I had questions or difficulties. I recommend visiting his lovely apartment. There are parking spaces behind the house.

Very warm and good host

The landlord and his wife are very welcoming. The room is very spacious, clean and bright. From the balcony, you can see the beautiful sunrise and the night view of Thessaloniki. (The landlady also shared with us the fruits she grew herself)

A perfect place for swimming and easy living, our apartment was very cozy.

A very clean, comfortable and pleasant place. The host was very polite and caring. It was half an hour away from Thessaloniki Center, but very close to the Peraia area, which has beautiful beaches, restaurants and venues. I recommend it to those who like to have a holiday at home. My only criticism is that the beds are very noisy and old. It will be much better if it is renewed.

An intimate and very clean house! I had a wonderful stay, my puppy enjoyed the small green yard! The host was extremely accommodating and we communicated very easily!

Pleasant home with a beautiful shaded terrace. We had a very functional barbecue that we used (excellent fishmonger at the entrance to the village) We had no neighbors during our stay (very quiet). We really enjoyed our stay and Porto Koufo. Fabienne and Christophe

The entire family including the cousin came to greet us. They brought cake and beer and told us where to go for history. The house was large and had everything you would need to cook in . Dimitreos was funny and responsive to our needs. The only thing we found we didn’t like was the only restaurant in town. A great place to have a beer but the food was terrible. Don’t go there if you can avoid it. The lake was great to swim in and quite warm, well for Seattle people at least. Hope to return here soon
