A bonus room can be used as a laptop friendly office space. A fully equipped kitchen contains basic appliances, Keurig, and more. Backyard has privacy fence/grill. Front door has Ring doorbell with audio/camera. Strong wifi throughout. Smart TV in living room. All bedrooms have blackout curtains, fans, chargers.

Cozy at C is a small, but roomy, 1 bed/1 bath apartment. It is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. During your stay, you will have access to a grass backyard and private parking. Amenities include, high speed wireless internet, a smart TV, brand new appliances and an Arcade "Multicade" that has 800 free-to-play video games from the 80s, 90s and 2000s. And of course, a comfy clean bed and furniture. I strive to provide a safe, quiet, clean and inexpensive accommodations for each guest.

We're 25 minutes from Natchitoches on Black Lake. We are in a secluded area of a dead end road. Enjoy the peace and quiet surrounded by Spanish moss covered trees. Under the covered front porch, you'll find comfortable seating with great views of the lake. The large windows provide lake views and let in plenty of natural light. Spend the day in town shopping or enjoying a festival. Return home to relax with a meal on the grill or a glass of wine with friends around the firepit.

The Roosevelt Retreat

A private oasis with treetop views & pool/spa access. Best suited for adults due to pool proximity & high decking. Near Rapides & Cabrini hospitals & area golf courses. 3 minutes from LCU, 10 mins. from the Rapides Parish District & Federal Courthouses & 15 minutes from AEX. Includes laundry room, bath, kitchen, living area w/ a sofa that converts into a bed & a large primary bedroom and adequate work space. You’ll feel as if you’ve escaped to your own private oasis!

Cozy Fishing Cabin W/ Sunset Views On Toledo Bend

Quaint camp with big screened in porch with views of the lake, along with a dock great for fishing! Amazing sunsets and pelican or bald eagle sightings! Come enjoy fishing or relaxing! Even if the water is low that just means more beach (see photos) and still good fishing! There is a tv and lots of dvd options but we do NOT have WiFi available. If you have your own hotspot you can use the tv and sign in to your own accounts or think of our camp as a place to unplug!
