House vacation rentals in Central Greece

Wow, what an incredible stay! This charming beachfront house is an absolute gem. Waking up to the gentle sound of waves and taking a morning dip in the crystal-clear sea was pure bliss. The pool offered a refreshing alternative, perfect for lazy afternoons. The location couldn't be better - a serene oasis where all you hear is the soothing rhythm of the sea, yet just a short ride from a selection of great bars and restaurants. For those seeking more options, the town is a scenic 5-minute coastal drive away, offering a variety of dining, shopping, and additional beaches to explore. Irene, our host, was simply wonderful. Her kindness and responsiveness made us feel truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The house itself is a testament to elegant simplicity. Despite its compact size, it lacks nothing in comfort or amenities. We spent hours enjoying the warm, inviting sea. Its ever-changing moods - from serene to playfully choppy - provided endless entertainment.

The place is simply amazing; it has breathtaking views and one of the most beautiful sunsets. The apartment is spacious and very nicely decorated with all the amenities. The host were very friendly, responsive and provided excellent recommendations for things to do and where to eat. The best place one can stay for work or holiday in Patra. It is a very short drive to the city center and has the privilege of privacy, peaceful surroundings, parking and lots of space. I cannot imagine there is a better place to stay while visiting Patra.

Πάρα πολύ όμορφο κατάλυμα. Ο οικοδεσπότης πάρα πολύ φιλικός και βοηθητικός σε ότι χρειαζόμασταν. Πολύ καλή η τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά από το κέντρο της πόλης. Θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον θέλει να κάνει μια ήσυχη και όμορφη απόδραση

Beautiful villa with breathtaking views of Skopelos! Manolis and Chris were very kind, always responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed. The villa itself was stunning - a serene and quiet place with a private pool that offered the perfect escape. It’s a little uphill on the way to the villa, but it’s walkable, so a car is not really needed unless you have a lot of luggage. All in all an amazing stay with a wonderful host. Highly recommended!

A great location exactly as described. The pool area is clean and has it's own bathroom. It's a short distance from the village centre in a quiet location. While it is walkable a car is essential. The kitchen was well appointed and clean. The view from the terrace is superb. We booked it for six people which meant that the upper floor was unavailable. I retrospect we should have booked the whole house as the view from these rooms must be spectacular!

וילה מקסימה באיזור נהדר באי, שקט, פרטיות מוחלטת, הכל מעוצב מהמם, נקי ביותר, מטבח מאובזר, לא חסר דבר. דמי מארחת מקסימה, נותנת מענה מיידי, דואגת אחראית ואיכותית. שווה ביותר!!! אנחנו עוד נחזור

Οτι και να πούμε είναι λίγο!! Πήγαμε στην Villa Emma,και η Κ.Εμμα μας επέτρεψε να κάνουμε τον αρραβώνα μας εκεί καθώς και κάναμε έναν μοντέρνο αρραβώνα /Παρτυ . Ή Κ. εμμα μας υποδέχτηκε μέσα από την καρδιά της,γλυκύτατος άνθρωπος μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν να ήμασταν στο σπίτι μας . Για οποιαδήποτε απορία είχαμε ή χρειαζόμασταν κάποια βοήθεια ήταν εκεί .Απλα υπέροχη!! Το σπίτι χάνει πολύ από τις φωτογραφίες με το πως είναι στην πραγματικότητα , είναι απλά ένα ονειρο!! Είναι φανταστικό σε σημείο αρκετά ήσυχο !! Το σπίτι είχε πραγματικά τα πάντα ήταν φουλ εξοπλισμένο τερααστιο & πεντακάθαρο! Όλος ο κόσμος την ημέρα του αρραβώνα εντυπωσιάστηκε από το πόσο όμορφος ήταν ο χώρος , καθώς και οι οικογενειακοί φίλοι που φιλοξενήσαμε . Ψήσαμε στο barbecue που έχει καθώς είχε όλον τον εξοπλισμό δεν χρειάστηκε να πάρουμε τίποτα εμείς από το σπίτι μας και το ευχαριστηθήκαμε.Δεν φτάνουν αυτά που θέλω να πω μα το μόνο σίγουρο πως θα το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε καθώς μείναμε άναυδοι και υπερευχαριστημενοι

Everything was perfect for us. We stayed here for one week and loved the privacy of the apartment and especially the view. The apartment ist really beautiful and has everything we needed. The pool was a great plus as well! You definitely need a car to get there and you should be an advanced driver for the road up there but also for the entrance to the apartment (very steep and narrow - depending on the rented car kind of hard to turn around the car in there so we decided to drive in there backwards after two days which worked way better for us) Overall - we would definitively come back it was one of the best airbnb experiences we had so far! Dimitri’s and his whole team was also really helpful the whole time :)

Superbe maison sur un terrain au calme , belles prestations et équipements , à 2 mn en voiture de la plage de staphylos ou 5 de skoplelos city. À savoir qu’il y a une autre petite maison très proche mais nous avons eu de la chance car il n’y avait personne ( chacun peut de toute façon avoir son espace personnel). Bref tout était parfait !

The place was great. It is exactly as shown. It is 10 minutes from the airport, and Alkis provided me a ride to and from the airport at a reasonable price. Beautiful place.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Maria est très accueillante et nous a donné des instructions claires avant notre arrivée pour trouver le logement facilement. Elle a en plus été très flexible sur nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ. L'appartement est assez grand et très lumineux, nous avons bien profité du balcon. merci Maria !

Das zauberhafte Haus ist ein echtes Juwel. Direkt an der Küste gelegen schläft man ein & wacht auf mit dem Klang der Brandung. Direkt vor den Schlafzimmern beginnt das Meer & lädt ein zum morgendlichen Spaziergang oder Bad. Perfekte Abgeschiedenheit in einem Hain von Zitronen- & Olivenbäumen abseits der Straße & der Nachbarn. Geschmackvoll minimalistisch eingerichtet, kein überflüssiger Krams, liebevoller Empfang durch Eleonora. Es sind die kleinen aufmerksamen Gesten, die den Aufenthalt so angenehm machen wie die Schale mit den köstlichen Zitronen, Clementinen, Ouzo & kleinen Süßigkeiten oder die großzügig bemessenen Vorräte an Nespressokapseln. Die vollständig eingerichtete Küche bietet wirklich alles zum Kochen, wenn man nicht eines der wunderbaren Restaurants besucht. Die zwei Liegen am Haus verführen dazu, dort den ganzen Tag lesend mit einem Glas Wein oder einem köstlichen Espresso mit Blick aufs Meer zu genießen. Wir vermissen diesen wunderbaren Ort jetzt schon.

It was the personal touch from Clara that really made this stay for us. A medical crisis arose during our stay, but Clara jumped in with advice and help, ensuring that what could have been quite serious was more easily navigated than it otherwise would have been without Clara's assistance and care. A super-kind host, who we found completely dedicated to us as her guests. Míle buíochas leat - efcharistó poly, Clara.

We only stayed here for a night on the way from Athens to the Peloponnese but it was all we expected. Katerina was super responsive and nice 😊

Επισκεφθήκαμε τα Ελληνικά τις τελευταίες μέρες του Αυγούστου και μείναμε στο κατάλυμα του Δημήτρη και της Φρύνης. Το σπίτι είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμο, με πανέμορφη θέα από το μπαλκόνι και ένα άνετο κήπο για χαλάρωση τις πρωινές ή απογευματινές ώρες αλλά και για να παίξουν τα παιδιά. Όλοι οι χώροι ήταν πεντακάθαροι, και η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και άνετη. Μοναδική έκπληξη το Γαλλικό μπιλιάρδο στο χώρο και τα παιχνίδια για τα παιδιά. Ένα πανέμορφο ανακαινισμένο σπίτι που συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε όσους σκέφτονται να επισκεφθούν την περιοχή. Έξω από το σπίτι υπάρχει ιδιωτικός χώρος για στάθμευση. Οι παραλίες τις περιοχές είναι όλες πανέμορφες. Εννοείται πως δεν μπορώ να μην σταθώ στην εξυπηρέτηση των παιδιών. Η επικοινωνία μαζί τους ήταν αμεσότατη και φιλική. Τα παιδιά ήταν εξυπηρετικότατα και πρόθυμα να μας βοηθήσουν και να μας ενημερώσουν για κάθε απορία. Από καρδιάς, ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ από εμάς Δημήτρη και Φρύνη για την άψογη φιλοξενία σας!!!! ♥️

Υπέροχος χώρος!!! Ότι πρέπει για οικογενειακές διακοπές διότι το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει τα πάντα!!!και πολύ κοντά σε όλα τα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς!!! Σίγουρα θα ήθελα να ξανά μείνω εκεί!!!!

We stayed 6 weeks and it felt like a resort. My family really liked the pool during the heat wave and the "basement" villa overlooking the sea was great for our teenagers to get away from us. Great location with easy access to shopping and the main road around Evia. Not great if you're looking for a place that doesn't need a car. The wifi is about standard for Greece and the islands. The host and his brother (Andreas) were amazing and responsive when we had problems or questions. There are several rentals within the gated area that have access to the beach, but this is the only rental with a pool and a beach. The beach is better than most public beaches on the gulf-side of Evia, but the Agean-side of Evia is where the real beaches are. I would definitely stay there again.

Отличный дом с приватной территорией прямо на берегу моря. Комнаты в доме расположены очень удобно, великолепный вид из окна на Коринфский залив. Дом чистый и комфортный, много интересных книг и вещей, всё подобранно со вкусом. В доме есть все необходимые для отдыха удобства. Перед домом удобная терраса и газон где можно отдохнуть в тени деревьев на лежаках. Во дворе есть жаровня на углях для приготовления пищи. Самое главное это море и собственный пляж, расположенный прямо перед домом, великолепный вид и удобный вход в воду. Хозяин Harry очень ответственный и отзывчивый человек, всегда с вами на связи и готов выполнить все ваши желания. Рекомендую отдых в этом доме, вы получите отличное настроение и незабываемые впечатления. Всегда хочется вернуться сюда снова. Огромная благодарность Harry и его команде.

Ομορφο σπιτι οπως στις φωτογραφιες. όμορφη και ησυχη γειτονια. Κοντα σε γηπεδο και ευκοκη προσβαση σε συγκοινωνίες

Το σπίτι είναι παρα πολύ ωραίο και εξωτερικά και εσωτερικά . Καθαρό , περιποιημένο και έτοιμο να μας φιλοξενήσει . Οι ιδιοκτήτες υπέροχοι άνθρωποι , διακριτικοί και εξυπηρετικοί . Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και σε κάνει να βολεύεσαι όπως στο σπίτι σου . Μέχρι και Γραφειο διαθέτει , όποτε για τους πολυάσχολους όπως εγώ εφερα το λαπτοπ μου και στον λίγο ελεύθερο χρόνο έκανα και λίγη δουλίτσα ! Αν ξαναπάω στην περιοχή σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσω και πάλι !

Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben, alles gepflegt und sauber. Die Gegend war ruhig, allerdings etwas abgelegen und teilweise etwas herunter gekommen. Leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt und wir konnten den Strand nicht nutzen. Dadurch war der Aufenthalt recht langweilig, da es in der Umgebung nicht viele Aktivitäten gibt. Das Haus selber war sehr gut, einziges Manko waren die lauten Klimaanlagen. Die Außengeräte waren direkt mit der Wand verschraubt, man hat die Vibrationen stark gehört. Ein kleiner Mini-Markt ist wenige Minuten entfernt. Mit Sicherheit eines der Besten Airbnb in Artemida, auch wenn ich persönlich nicht mehr in diese Gegend reisen würde.

Others have mentioned the gardens and they really do deserve special praise. So beautiful and, amidst the dry landscape, so green and flower covered. Then, at the bottom of the tiered garden, a gate swings open to reveal the azure sea. Dive in off the rocks, climb back via a ladder...but beware of the many urchins and the occasional jellyfish. Not serious, but one of our party got stung and it was painful. Luckily they are a rarity and u can spot them easily. Only saw them once in our 2 week stay. Otherwise, only thing to note are the mosquitos which do come out in squadrons at dusk. Best and most pleasurable way to escape them is to take the chairs to the sea and enjoy a drink watching the amazing sunsets. For location alone...did I mention the ancient Spartan temple in the garden? .. I wd not hesitate to recommend. Stunning.

Lovely traditional country house with pool, house and linen clean, kitchen well equipped. Great peaceful location surrounded by chickens, sheep, olive and fruit trees. Kids loved the pool and swing. Pool was cleaned and well maintained by Kostas during our stay. Kostas is a kind and friendly host who is easily contactable House is close to Skopelos town, restaurants and supermarket but would recommend a car.

Περασαμε υπεροχα, η τοποθεσια του σπιτιου ειναι ιδανικη και συνδυαζει ησυχια, θεα, προσβαση στην πλατεια σε λιγοτερο απο 10 λεπτά. Το χωριο ειναι σε σημειο οπου μπορει κανεις να επισκεφθεί πολλες διαφορετικες τοποθεσιες. Ο ιδιοκτητης ηταν πολυ φιλικος και γενναιόδωρος. Το σπιτι ηταν πεντακαθαρο, δροσερο και με ανετους χωρους. Το μπανιο ειναι καινούργιο και οι ηλεκτρικές συσκευές απολυτα λειτουργικές. Η κυρια Ειρηνη φροντισε να προνοησει για πολλα και να περιποιηθει το σπιτι αψογα. Επισης μας βοηθησε προθυμα με συμβουλες και ιδεες οταν της το ζητησαμε. Η αυλη ειναι ευρυχωρη, .με γκριλ και σημεια με σκια ολη την ημερα. Προσφέρεται για καταπληκτικες ιδιωτικές στιγμες χαλαρωσης αλλα και για διασκεδαστικες ωρες με παρεα. Ταξιδευοντας με αυτοκίνητο χρειάζεται να παρκαρει κανεις γυρω στα 100 μετρα πριν το σπιτι και να συνεχίσει περπατώντας. Αυτο ομως προσφερει την πολύτιμη ησυχια και αξιζει σίγουρα τον κοπο! Ανυπομονούμε για την επόμενη φορά!
