Un séjour de rêve chez Ilias qui a été aux petits soins pour nous de A à Z : conseils, recherches de location de voiture, réservation d'un taxi de confiance, mise en lien avec une de ses amies qui nous a chaleureusement accueillis le soir, réactivité dans la communication et toujours beaucoup de bienveillance et de gentillesse! La maison est vraiment magnifique, confortable, soigneusement décorée, avec des espaces pour chacun. Ménage parfait, lits tout prêts :) Le quartier, loin de la foule de Plaka, regorge de petites adresses de bars, créateurs, restaurants, à 2 pas du superbe musée d'art moderne et à 15mn à pied de l'Acropole! C'est notre coup de cœur absolu! Et partout l'odeur des orangers... Un immense merci à notre hôte donc, qui n'a pas eu peur d'accueillir dans cet écrin 4 enfants, leur grand mère et leur maman ❤️ Nous reviendrons, c'est certain!

Andreas nous a proposé un logement de rêve et a été d une gentillesse incroyable! Toujours disponible, de nombreux conseils tant en termes de restaurants qu en termes de visites 😊 en plus une localisation de rêve, que demander de plus ? Encore un énorme merci à lui pour cette semaine inoubliable!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning Airbnb, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the beauty of the space. The decor was modern and cozy, with an incredible attention to detail that made it feel like a true home away from home. But what truly made this stay unforgettable was the host. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. He provided great local recommendations and even checked in throughout my stay to make sure everything was perfect. It was clear he genuinely cared about the guests’ experience. Kalliope est une hôtesse gentille, discrète, prévenante. À notre arrivée en taxi elle nous attendait en bas de l'immeuble et avait eu la gentillesse de nous accueillir avec des vivres et des boissons : c'était le dimanche de Pâques ! Nous la remercions sincèrement. Son appartement est nickel, très bien achalandé. On peut y cuisiner sans problème. Les huisseries sont excellentes et isolent bien du ronron de la ville. Il y a des moustiquaires ce qui est fort utile. Deux balcons et une terrasse de laquelle on aperçoit une moitié d'acropole. On s'y sent chez soi. Nous recommandons vivement.

Very spacious flat with great views of the acropolis. The bedroom was setup to sleep 4 and it worked very well, there was plenty of space. Beds were very comfortable and nice touches like slippers were very welcome. Short walk to monastiraki square and all the sights. Lots of restaurants in a 10m radius. Our kids loved the jacuzzi.

I and my friends had a great stay! The place was centrally located, making it super easy to get around. The neighborhood was lively and full of energy, with tons of pubs and bars nearby—perfect for a fun night out. Definitely recommend if you're looking to be in the heart of the action!

this is probably the best location you can dream of in Athens. the unobstructed views from the balcony are unimaginable and the apartment itself is just amazing, with modern amenities and thoughtful design. the hosts were very responsive and accommodating, can’t recommend the place enough!

The apartment is wonderful, spacious and has many more amenities than described. It is a house with everything you may need. It is also very peaceful with beautiful balconies. It is ideal also for families with toddlers, there is a nice park nearby. We had a great stay!

Πολύ ικανοποιημένος από την διαμονή μου, η διαρρύθμιση των χώρων, καθαρό. Το μόνο θέμα μου ήταν, ότι δεν είχα εύκολη πρόσβαση στην ταράτσα, για να μπορέσω να απολαύσω την υπέροχη θέα που προσφέρει.

Άψογη επικοινωνία, η οικοδέσποινα ήταν διαθέσιμη για ότι και αν χρειαστήκαμε. Το σπίτι άνετο, καθαρό και όμορφο μέσα και έξω. Εύκολο πάρκινγκ και γρήγορη πρόσβαση με τα πόδια στο κέντρο και την παραλία.

Ένα πολύ όμορφο παραδοσιακό σπίτι στη Χώρα της Σκύρου. Περάσαμε υπέροχα και αν επισκεφτούμε πάλι το νησί θα φροντίσουμε να μείνουμε πάλι στο ίδιο κατάλυμα!

Очень милая и чистая квартира в пригороде Афин. Наша поездка в Афины в один из дней заняла всего 40-50 минут в одну сторону. Хозяева живут на верхнем этаже и все время готовы придти на помощь, это исключительно интеллигентные и деликатные люди. В 8 минутах езды находится магазин Lidl со всем необходимым, а кухня полностью оборудована. Мы отдохнули от шума города и насладились звуками деревни. Спасибо!!

Séjour inoubliable à Alonissos, et en grande partie due au logement d’Andréa ! Petite maison charmante avec vue sur la mer et la nature, en bordure du vieux village. Le quartier est très calme, paisible et tout aussi beau. La maison est très bien équipée et confortable, il peut y faire un peu chaud mais le ventilateur la nuit suffit largement pour se rafraîchir. À proximité de plusieurs plages à pieds ou en voiture, des restaurants et de l’épicerie du vieux village. Patitri (le port) facilement accessible en bus, et beaucoup de chemins de randonnée tout autour pour les marcheurs. Andrea est très disponible et chaleureux, pour l’arrivé, le départ et les questions éventuelles. La maison a une vraie âme, on regrette le départ à la fin du séjour !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce AirBnb. La vue est très appréciable, on est détaché de la route principale, profitant d'une absence de bruit de voiture et on a une plutôt bonne proximité avec la mer. Malgré le fait que notre avion ait eu une heure de retard, nous faisant arrivé bien plus tard que prévu, Panon est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport. C'est une expérience qui vaut le coup d'être faite et refaite.

An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

Villa fairytale is a truly beautiful place with stunning views. We have spend two weeks in the house and had a marvelous time. Argirios is very accommodating and helpful with any question or issue you may have. I can recommend the house and the place a 100%. It is a hidden gem and we are looking forward to come back to Evia soon.

A great location exactly as described. The pool area is clean and has it's own bathroom. It's a short distance from the village centre in a quiet location. While it is walkable a car is essential. The kitchen was well appointed and clean. The view from the terrace is superb. We booked it for six people which meant that the upper floor was unavailable. I retrospect we should have booked the whole house as the view from these rooms must be spectacular!

We spent 5 nights at the Athens Riviera Apartments in early April with 2 adults and 2 kids. Great location away from central Athens but with good restaurants, the marina, park, sea and the Stavros Niarchos Cultural Center all close by. It was 15 mins in a taxi to the Acropolis and other sights. The apartment is perfect for a family stay. Good size living space and bedrooms, and a private balcony. The pool on the rooftop was great for relaxing at the end of the day (though a little cold in April). Lastly, when our flight home was cancelled due to strikes, we were allowed to stay another night and extend our holiday. Would highly recommend!

Super schönes, geräumiges Haus mit vielen gemütlichen Aufenthaltsecken. Man kann von fast alles Fenstern aus das Meer sehen. Das Haus ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es gibt sogar ein E-Piano :) Highlight ist natürlich der tolle Draußenbereich mit Pool und einfach traumhaftem Blick auf Meer und Berge. Zum nächsten größeren Supermarkt sind es ca. 20 Minuten Autofahrt. Eine relevante Info ist vielleicht noch, dass auf dem Gelände Katzen leben!

Very welcoming host, apartment exactly as described, lovely location with great views from the pool and terrace, ping pong table indoors was a bonus! Nice that some things like salt & pepper, spare bin bags, coffee pods, etc were all provided so we didn’t need to buy new ones, plus a couple of beers in the fridge too! Thanks for a great stay.
