Apartment vacation rentals in Central Greece

Haroula was an amazing host, met us at the port and walked us up to the apartment. Extremely friendly and taught us some local phrases. The apartment was just like the photos, very clean and the views were amazing. 10/10 would stay again!

We loved our stay here! The apartment is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with a comfortable living room, a cozy reading nook, a well-equipped kitchen, a hallway, and a bedroom with a walk-in closet. We would have spent more time in the living room if the lighting had been a bit brighter, though. The neighborhood is lively, with plenty of hip restaurants and cafés within walking distance. The host also provided a helpful booklet with local recommendations, which we really appreciated. It was also convenient to walk to Philopappos Hill and cross over to the Acropolis from there. The only downside for me was that there were often people sitting outside in the morning, sometimes right in front of the gate, which startled me. We didn’t feel entirely comfortable opening the living room window either for the same reason.

Unreal. The most amazing place that we’ve had the chance to stay in absolutely loved it. It’s literally breathtaking and the hot tub with the view is a vibe. The view from this apartment may even be better than a lot of the best rooftop bars in Athens. Gina was awesome ❤️ She’s extremely helpful, kind, and she made an already awesome stay even better with her welcoming personality. Not enough great things can be said about this place we loved our stay I would highly recommend the place to everyone.

We had an absolutely lovely time at Eleni's apartment! From the moment we arrived, the experience was wonderful. The location is unbeatable-just steps from the beach, allowing us to enjoy swims in the morning as well as being able to eat breakfast outside whilst looking at the sea. It's really peaceful but also so close to lots of restaurants and bars as well as the local shop. Eleni was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed and even provided a lovely welcome basket of local treats for our arrival. We're already dreaming of our next visit to this slice of paradise. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a serene beachside escape!

Our stay at Ioannis’s apartment exceeded all expectations. The place was very easy to find and the directions given were helpful. The interior of the apartment is beautiful and exactly like the photos shown. The location is best case scenario being very walkable to all attractions and feeling very safe. I will absolutely be staying at these apartments next time in Athens.

We had a great time staying at this apartment. Panos and Konstantina were amazing hosts. They were there to greet us when we got there and showed us where everything was in the apartment. They were also very responsive if we had questions and gave great recommendations. Everything is within walking distance, but you are away from a lot of the crowds. There are great restaurants in the neighborhood including 2 that are on the Michelin list that are a 4 minute walk from the apartment. We had a great stay here and we don’t want to spoil it, but just wait until you see the view.

Happy with our stay here, place was lovely and the view from the roof top was wonderful. Didn’t mention that it’s shared by a mechanical or similar shed area but could be easily ignored with the beauty of the Acropolis. Apartment is definitely showing signs of age but what can be expected of a city as ancient as Athens. Overall would recommend to others and would return if we are ever back. Truly a 1-of-1 space! Hard to find anything THIS perfect in the area. The living space was on the second floor and absolutely gorgeous. There are two bedrooms and the couch DOES turn into a bed. The balcony photos don't do it justice - it truly is a magnificent view. Perfectly centered next to every restaurant / shop you could ask for. Not to mention, historical sites are right at your front door! Couldn't have asked for a better space to stay. 10/10 would recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A wonderful stay in Kolonaki We had a fantastic time staying in this beautiful apartment in Kolonaki. Everything was just right — the apartment is spacious, very comfortable, and impeccably clean. The living area was perfect for relaxing after a day out, and we especially loved the lovely balcony with a great view of the quiet street below. The location isn’t right in the middle of the tourist areas, but that’s actually what we loved about it — Kolonaki is full of charm, with excellent restaurants, art galleries, and a relaxed atmosphere. It felt like staying in a real part of Athens. The small touches made a big difference too — the host had left us some thoughtful snacks in the kitchen, which we really appreciated. We were super happy with our stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

One of the most wonderful apartments I’ve ever stayed in. The apartment is beautifully designed, spotless, super comfortable and spacious. The location is absolutely perfect — close to everything you could want. The management company and the host were responsive, clear, and helpful, and I felt supported throughout my stay. For those who love being in the centre of Athens, walking around and see all main attractions on foot, this is the place to be! A wonderfully decorated and very confortable (fully equiped) flat in Kolonaki with 2 bathrooms, next to all trendy restaurants and shops is waiting for new guests! I also loved Eleni's responsiveness, politeness and assistance which made my stay and my day. I would love returning back to this hospitable flat which feels home. The flat has also a working space for people who are on business trip!

All around excellent location and amenities. Excellent view of the Acropolis in a nice relaxing dipping tub. Easy access to many of the local historical museums and sites. Tons of activity and quality restaurants within a couple minutes walk. Evgenia was super helpful with local recommendations for food and transport. Very responsive and considerate. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Athens.

We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations. The hosts were more than responsive! Any questions were quickly answered, local recommendations were provided and when we left credit cards behind there was no problem having them sent to us. I highly recommend Loannis and the co-hosts!

It is quite a rare occasion at this point to find a place in Athens that truly enriches your stay. This is one of those few remaining places where you get to immerse yourself in another person‘s place and life for a bit. The kitchen, library, balcony and living room took me back to summers in my family’s place in Athens - a liminal experience between nostalgia and novelty. Meeting the host in person was also a highlight of the stay. Thank you Iason!

A real lovely place to stay — feels lived in with some real unique pieces! Walking distance to a few eateries and cafes, as well as to the metro and to Philopappos hill. Pretty convenient location. Thank you for having us!

Viktor was an amazing host. Before we got to Greece he sent clear instructions on how to access the property and kept checking on us to make sure we were ok. Very responsive and helpful and we couldnt have asked for a better host, thank you.

This is great location for exploring all Athens has to offer on foot or using public transport. The accommodation offered everything we needed and despite normal city centre noise levels we had no problem sleeping. We would certainly stay there again.

We had a wonderful time in Athens. The location was perfect because it was close enough to some restaurants, yet far enough away from the main tourist areas, so it was quiet and peaceful at night. The view of Parthenon was incredible! I highly recommend staying here.

Loved this place! Gorgeous and convenient space, great host suggestions, and perfect location. They even gave us fresh towels after two days. Loved it!
