The house is located a few km from Aarhus which is an exciting city with many attractions and good opportunities to shop or eat at a restaurant. This 200 m2 house offers everything you could dream of for a good holiday. Sit in the living room and enjoy the view of the ocean, take advantage of the outdoor spa with the same view, or go to the basement and play billiards or watch a good movie.

The house is located on Røsnæs, where there are plenty of hiking trails in the protected natural areas. Kalundborg Golf Club is just nearby, as well as Kalundborg itself, which offers plenty of shopping opportunities, as well as Kalundborg Cathedral.

I vil være tæt på alt, når I (optil 8 pers.) bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. På 5 min. kan I gå til supermarkeder, apotek, sushi, pizzeriaer, specialbutikker, frisører, boldbaner, skaterpark, cafe, læger, tandlæger oma. I bilen, kan i nå Aarhus, Silkeborg og Skanderborg på under 25 min. Og på under en time kan I Legoland, Djurs sommerland, Billund og Aarhus lufthavn, Herning, Vejle, Kolding, Viborg og næsten til Aalborg. Villaen har egen lader til din el-bil. Babyseng til rådighed.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home located within walking distance of Brabrand Lake and right up the woods. One large bedroom and 2 rooms with hemse (incl.120cm mattress in each loft). If you have small children, the mattress can be taken down from the loft bed. A nice conversation kitchen with attached terrace where there is room for 6 people around the table both inside and outside. Bike or take the bus to Aarhus city center in 25 minutes or drive there in 14 minutes.
