Vacation rentals in Central Darling Shire Council

Once again Andrew’s hospitality was second to none. Always responsive and proactive about future potential stays for us. Super helpful given the unpredictable nature of our work & need for accommodation in the area. Highly recommend this property. Will be back when the time comes to work in Walgett again! The hidden gem was just perfect, clean and had all the amenities. Walking distance to the White Cliffs pub, which has the best beef snitty👍. Callum was very responsive and a great host. will be back AAA+

It was hard to find at night after some issues on the road, but Haley was responsive and helpful. I think ultimately the largest help was finding out “fossicker’s den” was specifically listed in google maps. She was also helpful when the power went out, sending her son with a lighter so we could still cook on the gas stove. Also, the town and everyone in it is lovely. The main pub at the motel even has a lentil burger.

We just wished we could have stayed longer but will definitely go back next time we come to Australia. Absolutely loved the place.

The Desert Hideaway is a Gem of a place and Sonya our host was delightful with lots of local knowledge and advice on places to see and do. We felt right at home and highly recommend The Desert Hideaaway and Whitecliffs as a must see destination in Australia. Also recommend Red Earth Opal tours and Cafe, The Pub for dinner and Sonya's private guided tours.

Honor’s place was outstanding in both value and quality for White Cliffs. The cabin had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Honor was an excellent host. She was friendly, flexible and super informative. I highly recommend Honor as a host and her cabins for accommodation.

This place is fantastic! Super clean and comfortable, and a beautiful lake front location. Perfect for a quiet and relaxing weekend. We have just had our second stay and will definitely be coming back 😊
