Idyllic location in a bush setting with lots of privacy! It is located on 126 acres of bushland with 3 other cottages spaced out on the property.

Studio in a quiet street with private entry, comfortable double bed, smart TV, bathroom, washing mashine, kitchen and outside sitting area. It is close to beautiful beaches like Umina, Ettalong (10min 🚗), also to majestic waterways and national parks in Central Coast. It is within an hour drive /train ride from Sydney and Newcastle. Walking distance to Evarglades country golf club. Close to popular Yoga clubs, Deep Water Plaza shopping center and local pubs and eatery's.

Self-cont Cabin, Smart TV, Netflix, unlimited NBN

The Cabin is a large room divided by a large wardrobe and Hutch with the bedroom (Queen Bed) on one side, and the living area on the other. In the large Bedroom area there is also a desk and smart TV (includes Netflix), and the toilet/shower room is accessed there. The kitchen is well equipped and I provide frozen gluten free and other breads as well as many other provisions. The lounge and chair both fold down into beds (a double, and a single) but are quite firm.

Forget your worries in this stylish and spacious space. Very cosy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage fully equipped with all the amenities you need and desire. This is one of the few properties in the area where you will have the whole home to yourself which includes the carport and room for a few other vehicles in the confines of the property. To celebrate your stay a welcome gift will be provided on your arrival.
