Waterfront vacation rentals in Central Bohemian Region

L’appartamento era perfetto e rispecchiava pienamente la descrizione fornita dagli host. La comunicazione è stata fin da subito semplice, immediata e molto cordiale. La posizione era ideale per esplorare la città: a soli 5 minuti a piedi si raggiungeva la stazione della metropolitana, da cui il centro era facilmente accessibile in circa dieci minuti. Inoltre, nei dintorni erano presenti diversi supermercati, molto comodi per ogni necessità. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chiunque voglia visitare Praga!

Het was een fijn verblijf. Alles was goed beloopbaar in een rustige straat. De bedden waren comfortabel en een fijne, ruime woonkamer.

We had a fantastic stay in Prague! The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Petra was incredibly kind and helpful, with clear instructions and quick responses throughout. The building itself is older and under some renovation, which gave it a moody, historic vibe—though opinions in our group varied on that. While the apartment is well sound-proofed, you can still hear some muffled nightlife from the surrounding area (there’s a club nearby), so light sleepers must take note. That said, the prime location—steps from Charles Bridge and surrounded by bustling, vibrant streets—more than made up for it. A couple of small issues came up, but the host handled them swiftly and professionally. We'd absolutely stay here again!

Diese Wohnung ist eine wirklich besondere Unterkunft, um Prag zu erleben. Allein die Größe der Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich, auch die gesamte Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist geschmackvoll und stimmig, ein Hauch von Luxus ist überall spürbar. Die Eigentümer haben ein gutes Händchen für Interior Design. Wer auch darauf wert legt, ist hier richtig. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super, wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen, es gibt aber auch Straßenbahnen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir länger bleiben und die Wohnung auch in vollen Zügen genießen. Mit Pavla hatten wir eine sehr schnelle und extrem freundliche Kommunikation. Danke !!!

We had a great time in Prague and we were really happy with the apartment! It was really clean, looked just like in the pictures and had everything you need. The parking spot in the garage was really convenient and safe. With the metro it takes about 5min into the city and the next metro station is really close to the apartment. Otherwise it is also totally possible to walk to the city :) Tereza was a lovely host and we would definetly recommend this AirBnb.

Moc hezký a klidný podkrovní byt s krásným výhledem na město. Skvěle situovaný a blízko všech míst, které stojí za to vidět. Procházka podél Vltavy až ke Karlovu mostu je nádherná. Určitě zase přijedeme. 😊👍

We had an amazing stay at the airbnb! The apartment was extremely spacious, beautiful windows and lighting, clean bathroom and kitchen, and located super conveniently, walkable to all the sights in old town! Would highly recommend!

Tak ako vždy, lokalitu Karlín len odporúčam. Matejov byt má dobrú polohu a dostupnosť do centra mesta, ktoré je na skok od stanice metra a zastávky elektirčky. Všetko máte po ruke ako sú reštaurácie, potraviny .... Byt sa nachádza v novostavbe s možnosťou parkovania v podzemnej garáži. Odporúčam.

Everything was perfect

We hebben 10 dagen doorgebracht in het huis van Kristyna en ons prima vermaakt! We hadden overwegend goed weer, waardoor we het zwembad lekker konden gebruiken. Prettig: de binnenkant is van een soort zeil en niet van tegeltjes dus lekker comfortabel zonder scherpe randen. Iedere dag buiten eten, bbq een paar keer gebruikt, prima bedden, horren voor alle ramen, airco door bijna het hele huis. Er zijn 3 slaapkamers maar 1 daarvan is op de overloop van de andere 2 slaapkamers en daar heb je dus wat minder privacy. Keuken is prima (er is alleen geen oven) Veel prive tuin/ruimte om het hele huis. Er is een ander klein gasten verblijf vlakbij maar daar hebben we helemaal geen last van gehad en de tuin kan eventueel verder afgeschermd worden als je dat wil. Zwembad en tuin zijn sowieso prive. Voor wie Praag wil bezoeken: zet je auto neer bij de P+R ‘Cerny most’ en pak de metro naar het centrum. Metro is €1,- p.p. en parkeren was €2,- voor een hele dag

Mein Freund, unser Hund und ich haben uns bei Hana sehr sehr wohl gefühlt! Herrliche Aussicht, und Ambiente zudem war alles in der Ausstattung da, was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Es war eine traumhaft schöne Zeit. Vielen vielen Dank ❤️🍀

Alles, wie beschrieben. Das Haus ist alt, was man bei einer Buchung berücksichtigen muss. Dafür liegt es fantastisch an einem schönen See, mit schöner Wiese zum spielen. Alles, was man benötigt, wie Bad, Dusche, WC funktioniert. Wir waren mitten im Winter da und die Heizung und die Kaminöfen sorgten für heimelige Wärme.

Krásný místo! Nejradši bych tam bydlela uz napořád:) host nas nechal ubytovat uz v poledne a check out jsme se mohli zas pozdeji, ubytovani jak na fotkách (dokonce jeste lepsi!), misto krasny, cítili jsme se tam hned jak doma. Urcite se vrátíme! Dekujeme :)

Fabulous place with a genuinely great location

Andrea was a great host, answering any questions we may have with a speedy response. she was very accommodating to anything we needed. the apartment was spotless, modern and comfortable. we really enjoyed our stay thank you so much!

Great location in the middle of Prague close to the old town and bridge. Lots of easy dinner spots nearby. Didn’t need to use public transport to get around to the main sight seeing points. Great for larger groups. Clear instructions from the Airbnb host.

The check-in process was smooth and easy. The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated, and located near the river, which made for a peaceful atmosphere. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. While it’s a bit outside the city center, there’s a tram stop just 100 meters away that makes getting around very convenient. Thank you Martin for the lovely stay!

Very responsive and helpful team of hosts, great apartment with easy access to all different parts of the city. Some noise from the tram tracks outside, but not too bad. Good facilities and a really nice cool place to stay.

Our stay with Marie was exciting, as we got to experience Airbnb they way it was originally meant to be - sharing your home with somebody else. Me and my family are really happy Marie shared her home with us, as we would not be able to experience this lovely neighborhood otherwise. Lively, yet quiet. Anonymous, yet friendly. Remote, yet close to the important sights. The apartment was spacious, very quiet but well equipped. It had a spirit, unlike a hotel room or a BnB. Perfect place to stay at with the kids.

Un alojamiento perfecto para quedarse en Praga. Al lado de la torre de la Pólvora y a unos 10 minutos andando de la plaza de la Ciudad Vieja. Es una zona tranquila y segura, con supermercados, locker para las maletas y restaurantes cerca. El apartamento estaba impecable, con todo lo necesario para una estancia de un par de días. Si que es verdad que hemos echado en falta la calefacción, ya que el apartamento se quedaba bastante frío por las noches. Por todo lo demás perfecto, Jakub es un buen anfritión, la llega super fácil y sencilla.

위치, 전망, 서비스 모두 만족스러운 숙소입니다. Brano가 메신저로 체크인 전에 메시지를 주며 매우 친절하게 편리한 체크인을 도와줍니다. (비대면 체크인) 숙소의 청결 컨디션은 이전에 묵었던 힐튼호텔에 비하면 조금 아쉽지만, 에어비엔비인 점을 감안했을 때 만족스럽습니다. 특히 바로 앞에 보이는 블타바강의 뷰가 기가 막힙니다. 바로 앞에 트램 정류소가 있어서 관광중심지까지 10~15분이면 갈 수 있습니다. 까를교는 도보로 7~8분 거리입니다. 근방에 마트는 없지만 도보 10분 거리에 Tesco가 있기 때문에 큰 무리는 없습니다. 귀국 비행편이 18시라서 체크아웃 후에 공백이 길어서 걱정이었는데, 사정을 얘기하니 오후에 여유롭게 체크아웃 할 수 있게 해줬습니다. 덕분에 보트도 타고 점심도 먹고 아주 여유롭게 공항에 갈 수 있었습니다. 프라하에 재방문 한다면 꼭 다시 오고싶은 숙소입니다.
