The grassy beach with the entrance to the river is 150 m from the house, and the forest is about 20 m away. There are many cycling routes around the lowland and sand pits suitable for swimming.

Romantic wood cottage is last from the cottage settlement & the nearest one to water dam. There is nice garden with hammock. Its a beautiful place for rest, swim, walk in nature, listen to birds and charge “your battery”. Ideal for people who love nature. It’s possible to rent a canoe (host) or water pedal, small boat etc in camp nearby. The toilet is dry on the garden. There isn’t a stove yet, so take some warm clothes in case weather is cold! The cottage is fully equipped to cook easy meals.

Right in front of the apartment you have tram stop and subway is five minutes walking. It has 3 independent rooms and 2 beds. It can easily accommodate up to 4 persons. Náš pobyt byl naprosto skvělý! Pěkné ubytování s naprosto skvělou lokalitou-hned na koupališti. Apartmán byl čistý a vybavený vším, co jsme potřebovali. Hostitelé jsou moc sympatičtí a komunikace s nimi byla perfektní. Určitě doporučuju!

Der Kontakt mit Martin und seiner Frau war sehr nett & freundlich. Es konnten alle Fragen im Vorfeld beantwortet werden. Auch bei der Übergabe der Schlüssel durch seine Frau lief alles gut. Alles verlief sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung hatte für mich vom Platz her alleine gereicht. Schön eingerichtet und sauber. Vor der Türe gab es gleich eine Haltestelle für die Straßenbahn wo man direkt ins Zentrum kommt. Preis Leistung Top 👍🏽 Kann ich zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Skvělé ubytování v poměru cena/výkon. Byt je opravdu o dost prostornější než je patrné z fotek, dostatečně zařízený a velice útulný. Majitelé byli moc milí, okamžitě reagovali na vzniklý problém a jsme jim za to moc vděční. Můžeme jen doporučit a opravdu budeme v dalších létech zvažovat návrat.

We had a great stay. Peaceful location in middle of nowhere. Amazing garden together with orchard. Do not expect luxurious accommodation, fancy decoration. You are basically visiting your grandparents in old house with all cons and pros :-) We slept well, relaxed nicely. House is big enough to accommodate more than 12 people in 2 bedrooms, however there is only small table in the kitchen that fits 4 people . New bathroom. There is a lot of personal items of the owner, but still plenty of space for your own belongings..we would appreciate a bit of cleaning upfront. Garden is amazing, many toys for kids, board games, fully equipped kitchen. Richard was very responsive, very nice, easy to talk to. He let us stay longer and did also very earle check in, which we appreciated a lot. We will come back

Pobyt proběhl naprosto v pořádku a velice jsme si jej užili. Ubytování mohu jen doporučit ostatním a určitě jej v budoucnu využijeme pokud k tomu opět nastane příležitost.

The place looks exactly how it is described and the instructions were great. Communication with Alexandr was easy and smooth. My entire stay was comfortable and clean. I didn't have any issues with the place. The only drawback for me personally was that it was far away from the city centre, nearly 40 mins by tram and metro. Other than that, I would say it is a nice neighborhood.
