We are minutes away from Downtown Traverse City, Suttons Bay, Leland Fishtown, multiple beaches, Sleeping bear dunes, Empire, Breweries, Wineries, and Moomers ice Cream.

Built in 2019, this home has a covered front porch and a elevated back deck overlooking a yard that will be filled with games, including horseshoes and cornhole. Traverse City and Crystal Mountain are only 20 miles away and "The Most Beautiful Place in America" Sleeping bear Dunes is only 35 minutes away. Lost lake pathway is just a mile and half down the road which is great for hiking and biking!
