Within a short walking distance from the beautiful Sydney Ali beach and the neighborhood commercial center. The unit is spread over two floors: on the entrance floor is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a small balcony facing the eucalyptus grove. On the upper floor – open loft with a double bed, living room with TV, and a toilet/shower room separated with a frosted glass wall. There is a steep wooden staircase between the floors A perfect combination of comfort, tranquility and proximity to the sea.

A private unit and yard inside a complex of a villa in the north of Tel Aviv. The unit is well designed and comfortable with a silence like you are in the village.. The villa is located not far from Ramat Hayal and Assuta Hospita,Park Yarkon Concert Center and Expo exhibitionsl. You can find free parking right in front of the villa and there is a municipal parking lot at a cost of NIS 30 for 24 hours. You will find public transportation in all directions in Tel Aviv at the exit of the villa.
