The place was near to mall and the beach

The elevator is very fast. The gym is nice. The pool is actively used. There was everything in the room to cook. A chair to sit on the balcony. There was food and a market in the apartment. There was everything. I liked it. I would like to stay again next time.

great place! easy to go from and to with Grab/Gojack. wonderful swimming pool. amazing view!! Kozystay was also really helpful and answered any questions we might have had. if we needed more detergent for washing they also quickly brought it for us. in short a great stay and they delivered on their promises. oh and did i say a great view yet? 😉🙏

Brand New Apartment also host very nice and helpful (recommend what we need) & connected with shopping mall.. Very recommend to stay here

First time stay dsni dan mnrtku airbnb yang ga repot utk checkin dan early checkin nya, staff smua ramah bgt di apt ini. Sbtr aja lgsg hafal satpam nya sm saya. Hahahaah.. apt nya memanusiakan manusia, utk ambil gofood paket dll bsa direspsionis ga perlu repot2 ksna ksni ga kyk apt laen Cozy bgt apt nya dingin, private lift jg lgsg ke unit jd enak bgt. Parkir an jg oke diksh dr ownernya 1 tp dftarkan dlu jauh2 sblm dtg. Next sy bakalan stay lg dsni for sure.. owner responsif dan bbrpa problem diapt jg lgsg ditanganin. Baik bgt owner nya and i am grateful kmrn dksh kompensasi atas kejadian yg terjadi. God bless you owner .. rame terus utk apt nya:) ❤️❤️❤️🫶🏻🫶🏻

Kak radinda sangat komunikatif dan membantu, unit nya bersih dan nyaman, ac nya juga sangat dingin, terdapat kulkas dan kitchen set lengkap dan pemandangan dari unit sangat bagus terlebih saat malam dan sunrise

Die Unterkunft entsprach genau den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Alles war sauber und gut vorbereitet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war unkompliziert und freundlich. Ich habe mich während meines Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt und kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Kevin’s place is definitely worth the money.. with all the amenities provided.. the place is also private, I booked the place for meeting purposes and the huge sofa is comfortable… Mini Market is just around the corner and there is a vending machine downstairs which is very useful if you are too lazy to go to mini market to buy snacks or drinks. Kevin is also super responsive. I recommended this place to people who wants to stay in Tangerang /BSD area.

Kamar sangat nyaman, dengan pemandangan kota yg indah, mudah untuk menuju ke mall, cuma sedikit susah untuk mencari tempat pakiran mobilnya

Terimakasih ya sudah menyediakan apartmen dengan harga yang terjangkau tapi fasilitasnya sangat worth it, saya dan keluarga merasa nyaman. proses chek in dan chek out sangat mudah dan di bantu oleh owner yg sangat ramah dan komunikatif next jika ada keperluan di sekitar Angke pasti saya akan menginap disini 🥰

청결하고, 잘 정돈된 숙소. 깨끗하고 질서있는 주변환경. 자카르타에서도 아주 높은 수준의 숙소 및 주변환경을 자랑할만 하다. 수영장, 운동시설 및 편의점과 주변 상권도 아주 훌륭하다고 할 수 있음. 다음에도 반드시 다시 묵고싶은 곳.

This is our second stay here. It was clean and it had all the amenities listed. The location is a bit far from restaurants and mini markets if you don't drive there, but it's peaceful and safe. Great place to stay with pets and children above toddler-age. The place has 2 bathroom, one of them has water heater. You can walk you pet around the neighborhood. Philip is a great host and very responsive.

Rumah bersih, nyaman, dingin, keluarga senang bisa ngumpul dan main PS5 yang disediakan. Peralatan dapur lengkap, ada mesin cuci best! Thankyou ya. bakal rekomen tempat ini kalau ada keluarga / teman mau nginep lagi.

The house looks exactly like the one in the picture, check in was easy, host was very proactive and quick in responding. The place inside looks modern and minimalist, felt cozy at home. The house is inside a complex and there are lots to do/go/eateries such as orange grooves mall, supermarket, McDonald, subway, and minimart. It's quite a walking distance but very close if driving lol. The complex also has a gum, pool, and basketball court. Our entire family enjoyed our short stay. Thanks.

Rumahnya nyaman, worth it sm harganya. Tempatnya juga strategis. Fasilitas perumahannya oke bgt ada kolam renang, lap tenis dan taman bermain. Anak saya puas bgt nginep disini. Fasilitas didalam rumah juga super komplit, bersih juga. Cuma 1 aja yg minus, listriknya ga cukup klo nyalain 3 ac sekaligus, lsg anjlok. Selebihnya okee smua.. next klo ke daerah sini pasti milih nginep sini lagi deh

Thank you for the lovey stay Adit. The place was sparkling clean. And i love the decoration of the room which lifts up my mood. Everything was in good condition (or i might say best). Adit was also very responsive and nice. Will definitely stay again in Adits house.
