Close to down hill and cross country skiing, The links walking trails, winery, brewery , distiller. Colleges include Cazenovia, Morrisville, and Colgate, and only 25 miles to Syracuse University. Relax by the lake while taking in the scenery from the expansive deck. Watch cranes and eagles fly around, kayak around the lake or go fishing. Or if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing get away in the Fall or Winter this is the spot! You can snowshoe, ice fish, or just watch the snow fall. Very cute 2 bedroom, 1 bath house with great kitchen, central AC and WiFi on private Tuscarora Lake. This house has a full kitchen, washing machine/dryer and kayaks, canoes, show shoes and more.

We don't mind children but no cribs and child care needs are available If you can provide for child/babies needs while here we allow them

Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.
