Family-friendly vacation rentals in Çayırova

We spent 2,5 weeks in the Maya’s apartment. It’s lovely home-away from home place. Excellent location close to Malama beach and Kapparis restaurants. Apartment is on the second floor with direct view from balcony on community pool. There is elevator for 4 persons. Kitchen has everything you need for long stay and it’s new. Living room is connected to the kitchen and has exit to the balcony. There is table and 4 chairs there snd we had nice dinners “under the stars”. Every room is equipped with new AC, all works. This place is excellent for families with kids, our little one had lots of fun there - pool any time or beach close by. Malama beach is closest and best for kids among all near by. It’s long walk shallow with well warmed crystal clear water. Take your snorkeling set and you can enjoy some fish watching. Building has free parking but you can manage there even without car. “Metro” is very close by walk. The only thing are “blackout” curtains - they are not that lightproof.

My family and I spent the most amazing month at Villa Century House. Vasilis and Athena have a beautiful home that perfectly combines old and new. We felt right at home and Vasilis ensured everything we needed was catered for. The location of the villa is perfect. In a quiet street that is only a short distance away from the local bakery and restaurants and also on the highway to get any part of the island in no time. I cannot thank Vasilis and Athena enough for the amazing time we had in Nisou. Thank you for everything and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

We had a wonderful time at Maria’s accommodation. We stayed with three small children, and everything was provided to make us feel at home. The kids loved the pool, which is very close by. Maria was very kind and did everything to ensure we had a great holiday.

Beautiful villa, off the beaten track, away from the noise of Protaras centre. You need a car to stay here. It’s about 10 minute drive to centre/restaurants/supermarket. Beautiful views, very peaceful, spotless pool. We would definitely stay again!

We said that we made this choice until the first day of our vacation. Mr. Cemal is a very caring and helpful host. The location, cleanliness, order of the house, everything was impeccable. The facility already has a lot of amenities. We had a great vacation, the place to stay when we come back to Cyprus and our host is clear...

Everything was great. The owner is very responsive and allowed to check in earlier than the specified time. there are many entertainments on the territory - swimming pools, slides, etc., so the children will find something to do with them. The complex is located at some distance from the main cities, so a car will be needed if you want to see the island.

Everything was perfect. Very clean, comfortable, easy self check in, good communication. I would definitely book again :-) Thanks for having us.

Wow what an amazing find! We loved our stay in the Villa. Ideally located a 5 mins walk from the sea/promenade and easily able to walk to both Protaras and Pernera. Demetris was a fantastic host, very accommodating and communicative. The villa is well thought out and comes with everything needed. We loved the shaded areas and being able to relax by the pool. Would definitely recommend and would love to visit again.

The apartment exceeded our expectations! It was very spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suited to our needs. In December, we especially appreciated the air conditioning, which efficiently heated the space, as well as the constant access to hot water. The location in the center of Larnaca was excellent – everything was within walking distance, and the views from the windows were breathtaking. On one side, we had a panorama of the city and the sea, and on the other, the Troodos Mountains – absolutely stunning! The apartment was very well equipped – everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. From dishes and pots to a cezve for making coffee – the hosts thought of every detail. We were very happy with our stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation in Larnaca.

A fantastic value for money place - we were a big group of friends and stayed at the entire place - the outside is gorgeous. Great communication with the team, and the place is very private - easy to get to from the airport. The place/rooms are basic, but have everything you need and were clean - the outdoor space is particularly well set up for a big group with enough space at the big table for everyone to sit down (15 of us) by the BBQ, enough loungers for everyone to relax, and spend time together. Location, location, location…We could not have been in better place. Beautiful views, close to shops, the beach, the buses, the airport. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Perfect base for travelling around. The flat has everything you need. Andreas was an excellent host, I have been using Airbnb for over 15 years and this is so far the best host and the best experience I had. Highly recommended.

Good location, accessible parking, clean and spacious rooms, additional towels & electricity reductions, sun umbrella. Very good and fast communication with host. Only problem was water with shower diverter falling back down - hopefully will be fixed as it was reported.

As a family we really enjoyed our stay. all the rooms were good sizes and the view amazing. The house itself is in an ideal and quiet location. We loved walking down to the little cove beach 5 mins away. It was ideal for our granddaughter. The house itself does need just some small maintenance jobs done - like the garden around the house/pool did look just a little neglected but the pool was cleaned and maintained to a high standard throughout our stay. When we contacted the team for any information or advise they were quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a lovely holiday !

Kash was brilliant from start to finish. As soon as we booked, he saw that we had a baby coming with us and said he could sort baby chair and cot which he did. Our group were all arriving at different times and Kash sorted taxis for us all from the airport. Even when my travel plans got changed, he sorted things so that my son and family were looked after. The villa is in a great a location, in a quiet road just 5 mins from restaurants, bars and a big supermarket. The pool was brilliant for us and more importantly for a 11 month grandson with a good choice of inflatables. Also, the pool man came twice while we there to check the water. I can't thank Kash enough for looking after us!

The place is perfectly located some minutes out of Ayia Napa in Protaras with stunning surroundings like the Konnos Beach or Cape Greco. In the morning you’re able to get a coffee and walk 5 minutes to the next beach. After a long day the pool and the outside dining area are the perfect place to be and relax. I can 100% recommend this place.

Silvia from the moment we booked the place was a perfect host always available for the few questions we had to ask. The Villa is very clean and modern with all the items in the kitchen lounge and bedroom areas that you would ever need. Pool is cleaned every week and gets the sun all day, parking for one car of the road ( endless on the road ) and easy access to local beaches and restaurants. There are supermarkets a 5 min drive away and buses frequently if you dont have a car. All in all we really enjoyed the Villa and the local area and will be back I am sure. Andrew & Jenny

Such a beautiful home, the villa had everything we could have needed. Absolutely stunning, even nicer than the photos in person. Waking up here every morning was brilliant. Peaceful setting the villa is very looked after, has a lot of character and thoughtful decor. Could recommend it more. Its situated walking distance to the beach, to the supermarket and a restaurant. We enjoyed at day at the waterpark which was brilliant. I would recommend a hire car when staying here just to allow you to visit some of the beaches and restaurants further along the coast.

Nikos is a very experienced host who provided all the information we needed prior to our arrival. He arranged the airport transfer for us, which saved me the hassle, and seemed reasonably priced. The welcome food pack was much needed as we had arrived during the night of Christmas Eve. Nikos also provided us with the traditional Kleftiko meal a few days later, which was a lovely gesture. The villa though not quite spotlessly clean, was tidy and well maintained and is in a good area, just a short walk from the stunning beach waterfront. There are loads of restaurants and shops nearby. Many were closed as we went out of peak season but there was still enough places available for our requirements. The free use of the car is a great perk of the property, which we used for day trips into other areas. We enjoyed our time in beautiful Cyprus.
