We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is very well equipped, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It's great to be able to walk to the beach and along the seafront to Lion-sur-Mer. We found the location to be very practical for visiting many of the sights in Normandy such as Bayeux, Juno Beach, Honfleur and Mont Saint Michel.

We have long wanted to visit Normandy, to honor and show respect for all those who made the ultimate sacrifice against the atrocities of fascism. Knowing the visit would be emotional, finding the perfect “home,” where we could decompress and contemplate our days on Omaha and Utah beaches, the many museums, and the American Cemetery was crucial, and Sophie and Eric’s beautiful home provided that perfect retreat. The home is truly an ideal, extremely comfortable French country cottage, with everything to warmly welcome travelers to the area. From the sitting area to the bedrooms, baths, well appointed kitchen / dining area, and beautiful garden, we truly felt at home, and wished we’d booked longer. Merci, Sophie and Eric.

We enjoyed the self-check-in; it allowed us to visit the Caen Memorial before our arrival in Grandcamp at the end of the day. The mobile home is impecc! No cleaning to be done on arrival! The residence is quiet and allows you to rest. Corinne thought of everything: tissues, hygiene products, linens, flyers for outings, etc., and …. some treats appreciated by the whole family😊 The seaside is a 5-minute walk and allows you to reach Grandcamp and these shops. Corinne's availability and advice allowed us to have a pleasant stay. Thank you ☺️

Sweet holiday house in a great location. Easy street parking right outside the door. Only a short few minutes walk to Sword beach. Lion Sur Mer has groceries and fuel, which is useful. Fast WiFi. Nice to have the outside courtyard garden. Property comfortable, warm, well appointed, and exactly as described. Lots to do locally. I wouldn't hesitate to book again when in the area.

The little house was lovely. With everything you may need The unbeatable location to see the landing beaches and the rest of Normandy. I would like to repeat this on a future trip with our son, who could not come this time.

We had a very nice week at Vincent's. The house is very well located near the port and the shopping street, and is a very good starting point for exploring the area. Clean, well decorated, filled with small touches that make you happy, everything is planned to make the tenant feel at ease. Vincent gave us many tips on arrival for visiting the area which we enjoyed. We recommend this rental!

We had a great time, the house is very well equipped, kitchen and bathroom are new, the bedding is impeccable, there is plenty of storage The land is completely enclosed, if you have a dog like us he will be happy Shops, beach nearby I would highly recommend it and we'll happily be back.

Clarisse's place was super clean, organized and smelled nice. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's on a main road of Bayeux so very convenient for restaurants, groceries, shopping and proximity to all the local sites. Everything was wonderful and Clarisse is a lovely and kind person. We really appreciated the care she takes in making sure her guests are comfortable. Fantastic stay. We highly recommend her place.
