Best condominium right on the beach in Cumbuco, excellent for families, friends and couples. Direct access to the beach, ocean views from the balcony and close (less than 10 minutes’ walk) to kitesurfing schools, beach clubs, bars, restaurants and grocery shops. The common areas are equipped with multiple pools, beautiful gardens, 24-hour surveillance and private parking. The beach in front is almost a private one, but there are beach bars within a couple of minutes’ walk.

Wooden steps lead down to a sandy beach, offering direct access to the ocean. The shoreline is visible, with gentle waves lapping at the sand. A clear sky features scattered clouds over the picturesque beach scenery.
