Nuestra estadía en el alojamiento fue increíble. El espacio es súper acogedor, limpio y con todo lo necesario para sentirnos como en casa. La ubicación es excelente, y la comunicación con Lucho el host fue siempre rápida y amable. Sin duda, una experiencia muy chévere. ¡Recomendado 100% y esperamos volver!

One of the best private, relaxing, calming, and romantic locations we have experienced. A quick 10 minute boat ride to this private location. The view of El Peñón de Guatapé is perfect and we awoke to this view every morning. We made use of the kayak and paddle boards on site and Jet Skis are also available for an additional price. Conveniently we were able to park in a private location at the Marina and the town of Guatape is less than a 10 minute drive. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Tuve el placer de pasar cinco días en este precioso piso. Ubicación súper céntrica y muy segura (queda al lado del Hotel Intercontinental y enfrente del Casino, donde casi siempre hay seguridad a la vista). Cerca hay restaurantes deliciosos con comida local a los que es seguro ir andando (siempre tomando las debidas precauciones) y una panadería justo en la esquina de la calle a la que íbamos a desayunar casi todas las mañanas (barata y de calidad). En cuanto al piso, impecablemente limpio, espacioso, fragante y colorido. La Sra. Lucia fue extremadamente amable con nosotros, nos ofreció fruta fresca de la zona y flores a la llegada y siempre estuvo disponible por teléfono para cualquier duda que tuviéramos. El día que vuelva a Cali, volveré a quedarme ahí.

Que lugar tan espectacular! Excelente para olvidar los afanes y el estrés de la ciudad! Clima delicioso, la vista te hace sentir en la cima del mundo! Las camas muy cómodas, el espacio es muy acogedor! Los anfitriones son super proactivos, siempre están pendientes que todo esté bien! Super recomendado! Si es recomendable ir en un carro alto y llevar buenos abrigos por que hace frio! Sin duda volvería a visitar este lugar!

El lugar es excelente, un espacio hermoso con vista al malecón y el lago. A pocos pasos, calculo que ni 30 metros del camino de las sombrillas y a unos 130 metros del parque. El apartamento está en un cuarto piso, pero con el ascensor es genial para no subir las maletas alzadas. Al ser entrada autónoma es muy fácil llegar sin depender de nadie. Por ser Guatapé no hay parqueaderos en el edificio, pero se puede poner el carro al frente unos segundos para bajar todo y luego ir al parqueadero municipal, a unos 400 metros más o menos. Ahí cobran 18mil pesos por noche a hoy marzo 2025. Lo único que me arrepiento es que nos quedamos solo una noche. Mi esposa y yo quedamos encantados y vamos a volver de seguro, y esta va a ser nuestra primera opción.

El apartamento está muy cerca del aeropuerto. El apartamento es tal cual la descripción, muy limpio. El balcón amplio para disfrutar de una buena comida con un lindo paisaje. El conjunto cuenta con 4 piscinas muy limpias, y un tobogán, pudimos usar los 3 jacuzzis y el sauna. Esta a minutos del parque principal, y en nuestro caso que viajamos en avión, pudimos tomar el bus para el parque del café en el parque principal, y para el resto de pueblos como Salento y Filandia solo debes tomar el bus para Armenia y allí tomar el bus para el pueblo que se necesite.. Lina estuvo muy pendiente por si requeríamos algo. Sin duda lo recomiendo

Visite la casa por temas de trabajo, el internet es muy rápido. Las habitaciones son super cómodas y tener piscina a unos pocos pasos es genial. Seguro que visitare de nuevo el alojamiento con mi familia, dentro del condominio hay muchas cosas por hacer (canchas de tenis, billar, caminata), es un lugar muy tranquilo, seguro y con mucho verde a su alrededor. sumado a esto la excelente atención del anfitrión, y la señora rosario. Disfrute mucho la estancia.

Esta villa es hermosa, amplia, y muy pacífica y cuenta con todo para pasar unos días de descanso. Al estar estas villas dentro del country club se puede disfrutar de caminatas por todo el interior del club, ir a la sede social, y acceder a varios deportes. Excelente servicio de cocina y limpieza y excelente comunicación con los propietarios. Lo único que podría haber estado más claro en la descripción es que uno de los cuartos es en el depósito, no tiene ventanas y esta retirado del resto de la villa. Esa habitación está muy bien y se duerme perfectamente, pero nos sorprendió. Experience general increíble, pasamos unos días muy sabrosos, gracias!

Nuestra experiencia fue increíble. Desde el inicio, la atención de Camilo fue excelente: siempre estuvo muy pendiente de todo lo que necesitáramos. Tuvimos un tema con el asador, pero se solucionó de inmediato gracias a su disposición y rapidez. La casa estaba impecable, muy limpia y organizada. Vale totalmente la pena hospedarse allí. Volvería 100% sin pensarlo. Excelente lugar y una hospitalidad aún mejor.

Daniela was a great host. Responsive, friendly, and helpful with any request I had. The first night I had to deal with neighbors being loud around 4am (it seems there are a lot of short-term rentals in the building, so people are less considerate) - I communicated this to Daniela and the issue was resolved immediately. The building is central and secure, so it's easy to call an Uber and the 24-hour security guard makes you feel like your belongings will be safe while you're away. If you're a light sleeper, the unit is located on the street side directly next to a main road which has cars driving at all hours of the night. It's good for a solo traveler in town for a short stay.

Nuestra estadía fue excelente. El apartamento es tal como se describe en la publicación: bien equipado, con buen internet, una cocina completa y una hermosa vista. Lo único a tener en cuenta es que en los alrededores hay algo de ruido entre las 10 p.m. y las 3 a.m. debido a las discotecas cercanas, pero con el tiempo uno se acostumbra. En general, una muy buena experiencia.

Es un lugar maravillo y privado, se pueden realizar diferentes actividades relacionados con la naturaleza o simplemente quedarte en la cabaña pasando un rato agradable; la cocina es demasiado útil, hermosa y bien equipada, el acceso al lugar es sencillo, incluso si vas desde transporte público como lo hicimos nosotros. La cabaña también está equipada con juegos de mesa, hamacas, asador, calentador, un buen TV, y un libro para colorear mándalas, objetos que terminan mejorando aún más la experiencia. El terreno al cual hace parte es demasiado hermoso, se pueden ver aves, abejitas, flores muy bonitas y se puede recorrer y disfrutar el lugar. La anfitriona es bastante amable y respeta mucho la privacidad, es consciente que las personan que se alojan simplemente quieren desconectarse un rato del mundo. Romeo, el guardián gatuno es un super acogedor y demasiado lindo.
