Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Catanzaro

Buongiorno, la mia esperienza nell'alloggio di Antonio è stata più che buona. Ci troviamo in un casolare completamente ristrutturato dotato si molti confort. L'habitat è di tipo rustico e complice la struttura in pietra, l'ambiente , nonostante le già elevate temperature risultava fresco anche senza aria condizionata. Ristrutturato con un mix piacevole di nuovo e rustico. Punti a favore sicuramente il non essere al centro della "agitata Tropea" , 15 minuti circa a piedi sia in direzione centro che porto. Il posto macchina semi coperto, e il bel giardino dove fare colazione o rilassarsi con vista mare. Unica cosa alle volte mi è capitato di sentire dei rumori alle prime ore del mattino. Buona estate a tutti.

Francesca is a wonderful host: friendly, helpful & quick to respond to messages. Her apartment is extremely clean and spacious and we enjoyed the sweeping balcony. Yes, the stairs and hill make it a bit of a climb to get there, but well worth it. A 10 minute walk to the centre of Tropea. We’d definitely choose to stay here again.

Really nice spot. Simple, clean and right at the (almost private) beach. Fresh agricultural produce by roadside farmers 4 minutes by car. Roger is usually closeby and always approachable for questions and help.

I had an amazing stay in Ruggero thanks to Egidio and his family. His mother, Rosa is very friendly and always available for anything you need. The house is large and spotlessly clean with everything you need in the kitchen to easily prepare all your meals. The location is perfect if you like peace and quiet and it is a very short walk to the beautiful beach. There is a mini-market very close to the house, but you do need a car to get around and to travel easily to explore the beauty of Calabria. I really definitely return.

We had a great holiday. The apartment is perfectly situated in Tropea and the view from the balcony is second to none. Everything was close and there was enough space for all of us. Thank you for hosting us.

Alloggio nel pieno centro di Pizzo, ristrutturato e pulito. Cucina attrezzata ed essenziale la presenza del condizionatore viste le afose giornate. Francesco host gentile e disponibile, aiutato dall’onnipresente signora Viola, altrettanto gentile e simpatica. Esperienza assolutamente positiva.

Appartamento al secondo piano senza ascensore in una casa antica ma ristrutturato con gusto e molto funzionale. Fornito di tutte le comodità. Host e famiglia molto disponibili e cordiali. ci siamo trovati molto bene

Wir waren 3 Tage in dieser Unterkunft. War super sauber. Giovanna hat uns beim Check-in alles gezeigt. Wir waren innerhalb von 10 Minuten in Scilla oder an der Fähre in Sizilien. Wenn man die Strasse runter gelaufen ist, war man direkt am Meer und konnte rüber nach Sizilien schauen. Die einzige Kleinigkeit die gestört hatte, waren die Autofahrer. Das Haus liegt an einer Kurve, d.h. hier wird von jeder Richtung gehubt. Vor allem morgens ab 8.00 Uhr war es recht nervig, zu den anderen Zeiten hatte es uns nicht gestört. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft für einen Ausflug nach Scilla oder um nach Sizilien zu kommen.

Overall, a good stay. The host was friendly and responsive, which made check-in and communication easy. The place looked like the photos and was clean and comfortable for a short visit. A solid option for travelers looking for a simple and convenient stay.

Tutto perfetto nell’appartamento di Domenico. Il posto è bellissimo e ha decisamente superato le mie aspettative. Appartamento silenzioso, dotato di tutto; ci sono anche le zanzariere ad ogni finestra, il phon, l’olio, il sale… Appena sono entrata mi sono sentita a casa. Tutto è inoltre davvero pulito e tenuto benissimo. Domenico è stato super gentile e disponibile, per tutta la durata del mio soggiorno. E per finire la posizione è perfetta. A soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, è sufficientemente lontano per godersi anche il silenzio e la tranquillità. 10 e lode su tutto!

Die Unterkunft in Santa Maria ist sehr empfehlenswert: Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und der Garten ist romantisch. Man hört das Meer-Rauschen und zum Strand ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang. Anna ist eine warme und hilfsbereite Persönlichkeit. Sie reagiert sofort und half uns auch bei einer abendlichen Lärmbelästigung noch sehr. Kurzum: Bei einem Besuch an der Costa degli Dei ist das Haus in Santa Maria eine super Adresse - wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Herzlichen Dank, Anna, für alles!

L' appartamento corrisponde in ogni dettaglio alla descrizione dell'annuncio Comodo, pulito e tranquillo. Isabella ti accoglie con un sorriso e si dimostra sempre disponibile per consigli e indicazioni. Buona la colazione con le torte fatte da Isabella ed i fichi del suo giardino

Miejsce zgodne z opisem ,znajduje się w centrum miasta .Apartament wygląda tak jak na zdjęciach ,posiada duży balkon .Elastyczne zameldowanie,gospodarz odpowiada szybko na pytania .Obok apartamentu czynny bar ,w odległości 10 min spacerem kawiarnie i restauracje .Gospodarz bardzo miły pozwolił nam się wymeldować później bez dodatkowej opłaty .

Soggiorno perfetto! L’appartamento era impeccabile: pulito, ordinato e dotato di tutto il necessario. La posizione è ideale per chi vuole godersi il mare senza stress. Un grazie speciale a Monica, è stata eccezionale, attenta, cordiale, gentile e molto disponibile. Ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Esperienza davvero piacevole, consigliatissimo. Torneremo sicuramente.

The apartment was in a beautiful, quiet area with a magnificent sunset that you can watch. Mary was wonderful and helpful!

Parfait en prime les fruits

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.

This place is truly stunning-by far the most beautiful location I've ever stayed. The view was absolutely breathtaking, with every moment feeling like something out of a postcard. From sunrise to sunset, the scenery was unforgettable. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable, showing such kindness and attention to detail. Their hospitality made the experience even more special. I'm so grateful for the memories made here and can't wait to return someday.

I liked that apparent was very bright, loads of natural light, it had everything I needed. I was able to cook and work comfortably. It has a private balcony but you can also use the shared balcony which has the sea view. I was surprised how quiet it was at night, did not need earplugs:). Giulia was very responsive, very friendly, I was able to have early check-in which was very helpful!:) 6min walk to the city centre, supermarket and Eurospin just across and up the street:) Would come back!:)

Está en una zona hermosa, muy bien ubicado, a solo 10 min de la estación de tren. Es el casco histórico, hay movimiento todo el tiempo. Y a 3 min tienes las escaleras para ir a la playa. El departamento es amplio, está dividido en dos pisos, en el primero tiene el hall de entrada y una habitación, arriba el baño, cocina, comedor y un sillón que se hace cama. Una consideración, el Aire acondicionado solo está en la planta alta, por lo cual en nuestro caso al tener tanto calor decidimos dormir en el sillón y estuvimos perfectos de esta forma. Recomendable sin dudas!
