Vacation rentals with a patio in Catanzaro

Although our stay was very short, we had a great time. The apartment is clean, tidy, equipped with anything. The owner is very kind, available at any time of the day. It felt like home.

It was just beautiful! Everything lovingly furnished, we felt like we were in a small castle. Location was perfect, the city center and beach were very close. We felt very comfortable!

An excellent apartment in a friendly and genuine village … We’ve just returned from a superb holiday in the village of Santa Domenica. What a great apartment. Spacious and well equipped, super clean, with a decent balcony and pool with a sun bathing area. No negatives for us at all. Everything we needed food wise was in the village ; a couple of supermarkets, a really good food/bric a brac market on Mondays, a bakery, fishmonger (that serves meals also), cafe/bars, 4/5 restaurants (Il Casale was our favourite). We used Santa Domenica as a base for a few days out to Pizzo and Scilla (both beautiful and, we thought, easily as nice as Tropea. A number of beaches are accessible from Santa Domenica but these involve walks which aren’t always easy when it’s 30+ degrees. And our host ? Teresa was ace. Picked us up from the Railway Station, gave us loads of decent recommendations and responded immediately to any questions we had. A great holiday !

We had a perfect stay! The accommodation was exactly as described: clean, cozy and well located. The real added value was Stefano: an exceptional host, always available, very kind and better than a tour guide! He gave us valuable advice on what to see, where to eat and how to get around, making us feel at home from the first moment. An experience we recommend without hesitation, we would gladly return!

Astrea Apartment was the most unique and memorable stay of our trip to Italy. The luxury of a large private garden overlooking a breathtaking view of Tropea and the water - all to ourselves - was fantastic. The house itself was clean, beachy, and very comfortable. A quick thank you to Francesco, who was extremely thorough, friendly, and accommodating to all of our needs. If you’re visiting Tropea (which you definitely should), you should enjoy your stay here at Astrea Apartments.

This place was absolutely beautiful with a beautiful view. Very clean . We had everything we needed. Would definetely come back here. And recommend this place to everyone.

We felt very comfortable in Simona's apartment. It is large and everything is clean, functional and tastefully decorated. Simona even gave us a bottle of wine and cookies. The terrace is really nice and large, it's just a pity that it has no garden furniture so that you can also use it. It would have been so nice to sit outside! That would still have to be changed. Everything else is excellent.

Host available and accurate, clean and in a great location: the sea and the city center easily reachable by foot . Convenient groceries and restaurants. The bus to the port plane not far from home. Highly recommended

A beautiful house with great pool and a very nice view of the mountain and sea. Kitchen is super equipped. Using the coordinates and Googlemaps provided by Monica, we easily found the house. We arrived at night and the ride by car to the residential complex where the house is located was a bit adventurous as it rained the days before and also on our arrival and the surroundings were very dark. But everything worked out Communication with Monica was flawless and she was very helpful. Supermarket and restaurants are easily accessible by car within about 15 minutes. We enjoyed it, despite some bad luck with the weather. But after 3 days of rain, the weather became nicer and we were able to explore Calabria. We would come back.

Everything comes together for a great stay for families or groups of friends: -The villa is very spacious, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. - The garden is beautiful and very well maintained. - The private pool, the jacuzzi, the panoramic view of the mountainous countryside and the medieval castle of Squillace offer a cozy and relaxing setting. -The coast and the nearby beaches are very beautiful, typical restaurants. And Martina and Thomas, with their advice and kindness, will pay special attention to make this moment special for you.

Great location near Piazza Rocco. You do need to walk down to the beach and Chianalea as the lift is out of operation. Follow Lorenzo's pictures starting in front of the Church in Piazza Rocco rather than rely on Maps. Lorenzo organised a taxi for us. Highly recommended

We had a really great stay! The place is similar to the pictures and description. The absolute highlight is really the roof terrace and its own access to the beach. Upon our arrival, a small cosmetic package and chilled water awaited us. There was also nothing missing to shape your everyday life. Next to the property, the service is absolutely amazing. Not only did our host get a rental car ready for us at the airport 15 hours before arrival, but also repaired the coffee machine before arrival. Even with questions during the stay, this was always responsive. Early check-in and late check-out were also possible. Thank you so much, happy to come back! :-)

Had a lovely stay in Scilla. Anna was very helpful and accommodating for our stay. We loved all the space and rooms this property offers.

Great apartment - spacious, bright and very clean. Well equipped kitchen, and coffee water, snacks and a bottle of prosecco were provided. Marco is very friendly and responsive. He provided an excellent list of local restaurants and a great boat cruise company for a day on the water. Would definitely book again.

The experience at Giuseppina's structure was definitely positive. It is ideal for those who want to spend a holiday in a maritime area with tranquility and a stone's throw (literally) from the sea, as there is direct access to the beach a few meters from the house. The shower outside is definitely a strong point to avoid leaving dirty inside the house. There's definitely no shortage of comforts and essentials for your stay. Highly recommended!

The stay at Isabella was wonderful. It is a small beautiful cottage surrounded by nature! Isabella welcomed us very lovingly from the beginning and helped us with all questions and recommendations. It was excellent and highly recommended. In the evening, we were also able to enjoy the dishes she prepared for us. Thank you Isabella for the wonderful time at your place! 🌞

We enjoyed our stay very much. Listing is as described, all the preliminary information was a good fit. The location or proximity to the beach is very good. You only walk 3 minutes. Since we were on site in the late season, there were also very few people or only locals present there. It's unfortunate that very few speak English. From the property you can visit the supermarkets and restaurant by car. In Marina Davoli is a great gelateria Con Gusto and in Braci & Galici you can eat well. Larger selection of shops and restaurants is then in Soverato. The accommodation is well suited for family, as there is also a cot. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

Lovely apartment - exactly like the photos. Very clean and tastefully furnished. The outside terrace (furniture and views) were amazing! Would recommend! Car definitely required.

Beautiful farm surrounded by greenery with pool ...suitable for those who want a relaxing vacation...the owners are very helpful , kind , welcoming , company and very nice !! The view outside is breathtaking from the structure , the meadows , the flowers , the trees and the pool!! Surely if there is an opportunity , I will be back!! Highly recommended!! Ps not all rooms have a kitchen (it is not a criticism, it is a warning for those looking for a more equipped room and/or has special needs but I am sure that if you contact the owners will find a solution given their availability ) Location pet-friendly!! With this I conclude : Great experience!!

Salvatore was always kind and available. The place was super clean and fully furnished. The place is very quiet but very close to many attractions in the area and above all to the beautiful beaches nearby. Highly recommended structure.

Arriving in the village was already special due to the ride up. The driveway takes about 10 minutes and gives a first impression of the view. A small mountain village with lots of charm and very friendly people. There is a pizzeria and also a small shop. The place is a very clean. We felt right at home there. It is so idyllic and prepared with a lot of love. If you like peace and quiet, this is the place to be Stefania and her family are very accommodating and intrusive. We will be happy to come back...

It was a pleasure staying at Loredanas place :) everything was as described and really cozy and clean! There was great furnishing and equipment for cooking too and the neighborhood was nice. We spent some lovely evenings on the terrace from where you could see the sea as well. WiFi, the AC and everything worked fine! We were four people and it was enough space for all of us! Loredana was a very nice host too, she gave us some nice recommendations and answered very quickly! We would book again, when coming back! Thank you for hosting us :)

Our stay in Maria's apartment was great, the apartment was clean and there were groceries for breakfast. Maria was very welcoming and available to help us in case of any difficulties. Maria also kept us updated on the events that took place around our apartment. Great location for proximity to both the beach and commercial establishments.

Chiara is a welcoming, precise and helpful host. The property is a stone's throw from the sub paradise (you can walk), and the rooms are cozy and very clean!!!
