It was my husband and his clerk. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Very comfortable. The host was helpful and available to answer all questions. We recommend this place.

Patrícia is a light! She received me and my boyfriend super well, very welcoming, friendly, fun, caring, kind, generous and loving. It made me fall in love with the city and thanks to it, I now live here. She was a key player in my journey to Catalan and I am very grateful from the bread and coffee to the whole effort to help me stay in town. Ionice responded to all messages quickly, being very attentive and detailed in the guidelines. The apartment was very well arranged and well structured, with a table, hammock, refrigerator, etc. The only problem I saw is that, at the end of the afternoon, when people are returning home from work, the street is a little noisier than I imagined. Other than that, I don't have any complaints. It's really worth it for the value and I recommend it to everyone who goes to Catalão.
