Very comfortable stay and helpful host. Free parking in the town square not far away. WiFi was not working during my stay.

I really enjoyed meeting cosenza is even more of being able to have a quiet stay with the help of the host who was very polite and attentive about hosting , I highly recommend and when in cosenza I hope to be able to stay with him again

Great accommodation, well located in the center of Villapiana lido, equipped with everything you need and very clean. You can walk comfortably to both restaurants and the sea. There is a pedestrian crossing not indicated by the various navigators to reach the beach, it takes about 3 minutes on foot. Same for evening walks on the waterfront. Services such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. As per the description, there is private parking, during our stay (1 week) we never used the car. Giuliano is a very active Host, all our questions were answered almost immediately. It will definitely be a place to come back to.

we arrived late and they welcomed us with focaccia and puccia, oranges and mandarins from their trees, a nice touch, which we really appreciated. Thank you! water, coffee, sugar and oil from their olives, exquisite, in the pantry. bright apartment, renovated as per photos and description. parking and large private garden. new towels and sheets. double pillows for the bed which is new very comfortable. Nearby there is a level crossing but the apartment is very well soundproofed! new windows with double glazing with thermal and acoustic insulation. 8 minutes by car from the Golf club Metaponto which was strategic for us.

Francesco and his family were very kind and helpful hosts. The house is in a beautiful viewpoint very close to the pollen national park to be able to make various routes in nature even during the day. We were with our dog and the huge garden of the house was perfect for her too. Tidy house, equipped with all comforts. Highly recommended, we'll be back!

Bianca is a super host! Friendly, helpful, always available and speaks English. The rustic house is fantastically located, quiet with nice swimming pool and beautiful views. All amenities are available. You get the playful squirrels for free😉. Definitely recommended is Gud Atelier Gastronomico, restaurant in Scario, village next to it.

Annalisa's place was very comfortable with plenty of room for our family to feel relaxed and each of us having private space in the house. The view is beautiful of the sea and it's great that there are decks on both bedrooms on the second floor. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed all of the amenities of the home. It was difficult for us to find the place initially. If you visit know that you must drive all the way up to the top of the hill to find the development. The easy access to the pool was great and when we visited the pool it felt like we had our own private pool. Thank you very much Annalisa for hosting us!

The host was very nice. For a minor issue in the bathroom, he immediately apologized and said he was waiting for a new job to be delivered. The only thing we missed when we booked was that the apartment doesn't have WiFi. As we have enough cellular data on our phone this was not a problem. We were happy with our stay

Thus is a great house to stay in and base yourself for a trip to Italy. Scario is a lovely town with all you need for a memorable holiday. Visits to Bosco and Dan Giovanni were nice. Wary drive from Naples. We visited Pompeii on way. We are a family of 7 and was lots of room. Pool (with diving) was great for the children (and adults 😀). We did need fans for first two nights but did not take away from a lovely stay. We would love to return and further explore all that the area offers knowing that we were staying in a fabulous house, chilled out, great views and comfortable.

A perfect home away from home. Marzio is an excellent host. His place ticks every boxes. Peaceful, rustic with charm, super clean, well decorated, over the top equipped, extremely comfortable. The cherry on top of the cake is the fabulous housekeeper Maria, always present, yet very discreet, a real addition that makes you enjoy your holiday to the fullest. We have been travelling quite a bit and never been in a better B&B, especially for the quality of the service we received. It’s so true, that when you travel in southern Italy, every family welcomes you like you are part of theirs. You won’t regret staying here. A great spot, around 15 minutes walk into town. Lovely little gift left for our dog Lucy, and a nice bottle of wine for us! Very comfortable, clean and friendly host who met us on arrival (host lives upstairs). Easy parking right outside. Thank you.

Magnificent experience, the house has fully met expectations and is in a really quiet and strategic area to get around. Pasquale made us feel at home from the first moment by fulfilling all our requests and recommending many places to visit and activities. We will also miss the little dogs who came to give us a good morning and good night, specifically Dentino! Thanks to Pasquale and his wife! If we were to return to Calabria, this house will definitely be the first choice.

Recently renovated villa, equipped with all the essential amenities, clean and tidy.

Pasquale is a spectacular host, he immediately made me feel like a family, the apartment is very large and equipped with all the comforts and very clean, not to mention the garden, which is a real corner of paradise. There is a train nearby, but it does not create real disturbance also because it is difficult to stay in the house during the day, the beach is a few minutes away on foot. I will definitely be back in Sapri next time and highly recommend it to everyone

we are very pleased to stay in this house. Very quiet place, lots of space for private use outside (and inside), GREAT view of the bay and mountains. Comfortable beds. Good location to discover Cilento. We recommend it. Very good contact with the owner of the house. A certain problem is the fact that between him and AirBB there is an intermediary (Novasol), with whom contact was much worse. We wanted to know if we would be able to watch the football matches on TV (the championship was in progress), we were referred to... the house rules - so that answer was quite surprising. When we called the hotline with the same question, the call was interrupted by an employee. However, these can be considered minor problems. We emphasize that the contact with the owner of the house was excellent, and the place itself is delightful and the view is picturesque.

Leonardo Residence in Scalea is a very comfortable appartment, with clean and spacious rooms, new furniture and new kitchen appliances. It is located in an appartment complex close to the main beach. The host is very friendly and helpful, she gave us all necessary information and also good tips for activities and sightseeing.
