The apartment is as shown in the listing. It has all the comforts to make you feel at home. Total independence to enter. The kitchen is very well-equipped. I loved the host family's hospitality. If I go back to Piura, I would stay there again anyway.

Modern and cozy flat in Piura -Pool

The apartment is very cozy and clean. We stayed for one night but were comfortable. The kitchen has everything needed for a quick meal. The only downside is it’s kind of far away from everything to go walking and there’s no air conditioning. Otherwise, everything was great.

Comfortable Family Apartment

The place is quiet, relatively quiet but being in front of a park is usually heard very early in the mornings, the public parking in front of the park is safe and the guard around all day. The place is very clean with everything you need to cook, with change of sheets and towels in the week, the welcome was good, Halam and his parents were very friendly.

We arrived and the apartment was just like the photos. Clean and tidy. Irina gave us the apartment rules and everything was fine. He answered the questions we had quickly and I even give us his number in case we needed anything. We separate shift for the pool that has a nice view to see when the sun goes down. The air-conditioning and the Internet work well allowing you to do telecommuting. We were able to rest quietly as neighbors don't bulla

Excellent place to stay when traveling with children, my children enjoyed the place, strategically located to get to know Piura and its surroundings such as Paita, Sechura, Catacaos. The facilities are impeccable and cozy. Thanks to Oscar for being attentive and giving precise directions.

New place to stay

Ideal apartment in Sta Margarita

I was staying 1 night, a short stopover on a trip north of Peru. What I have to highlight was the fluid and constant communication with Romina. She was very attentive, she always cared for us to know if we arrived well and if we needed anything. Regarding the apartment: it is spacious, comfortable, has all the necessary equipment. The residential complex is quiet, allows rest, there is not much bully. The only detail is that there is another condominium with a similar name and taxi applications usually confuse the exact location. Overall it was a very good stay. I highly recommend it, especially if they are family in groups of 4-6 people. Regards

A very comfortable place with good environments as well as a very quiet area where you don't have to worry about anything other than it was close to a large shopping mall like the Open Plaza and Essalud. A really quiet place and I would stay there again
