Casa di Luca

we spent three days at Christmas and had a great time. The house was warm , clean, and cozy. We also took great advantage of the fireplace. The balcony view is beautiful. The village is really nice. Very quiet if you want to unplug two days. Liliana was always immediately available for any questions and needs. We had a very good time and will definitely be back.

In the village of San Francesco - house in the center

LucíaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Beautiful house in the heart of Villa Santa Maria! Maria always responded very quickly and attentively! The house is beautiful and has everything you need to spend a few days in a natural environment and disconnected from the chaos. The only thing I would have liked to know is that there are several stairs to get to the property, since it is not only in the historic center but also the house is on a high floor, so I recommend moving with a light bag. (The ad says there are stairs, but I didn't think there were so many. It was also my responsibility to ask.) I would definitely go back if I'm in Chietti!

A memorable stay - the views were stunning, and Claudia was a fantastic host. Her communication was warm, clear, and timely throughout. Highly recommended.
An outdoor terrace overlooks the serene Lake Bomba and lush hills, framed by a wrought-iron railing. A round, tiled table and a decorative chair add charm to the space, with a potted plant adding a touch of greenery. The sky displays dramatic clouds during sunset.

Italian Retreat: Culture | Cuisine | Charm

Olivia's villa is a perfect old world charm setting. The terrace views were spectaclular. We felt extremely comfortable in her home. We loved hanging out with the people of the village at the piazza. They were very welcoming and made us feel at home. Some TLC and upgrades are needed, which I am sure will happen over time. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
A sandy beach stretches along a calm shoreline, where gentle waves meet the land. Beachgoers can be seen enjoying the space, with colorful umbrellas dotting the landscape. A soft gradient of pink hues in the sky enhances the tranquil atmosphere during sunset.

Stunning cottage surrounded by nature

ErikRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Vittorio's place was amazing. The area is even more beautiful than in the pictures, and it really does feel away from it all. The house was very comfortable—Vittorio thought of everything in equipping the house, way beyond the listed amenities. Also, he took care to clean the pool every single morning, and did that super early: we were waking up pretty early ourselves, and we still never saw him do it. As a host, Vittorio was an active communicator and went out of his way to make sure our stay was easy and comfortable. For example, he personally guided us to the house from town, which was not necessary (we found it pretty easy to get around Agnone) but still very helpful. Also, for our kids, this place was a real winner. They didn't want to leave! They had a pool to themselves, got to visit horses everyday, watched fireflies at night, and just had a fun time outside. It was wonderful!
A modern countertop is featured, showcasing a sleek coffee machine accompanied by a roll of paper towels and a glass jar. Light-colored tiles provide a neutral backdrop, and a hint of green is visible in an art piece, adding a subtle touch of color.

Ancient Hamlet of Polercia

Excellent experience, the hosts were very helpful and responsive despite the reservation made a few hours before and despite the arrival in the late evening they waited for us with patience and kindness and were available for anything. The accommodation is located in a quiet and peaceful complex 10 minutes by car from everything that distinguishes the city, a great choice for those who want to go there on vacation but avoid the chaos of the city center. Thank you again for the hospitality and care you put into the details of the house, starting with the meticulous cleaning and the presence of everything you need!

Historic apartment a stone's throw from the sea.

CristianaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I spent the weekend at this place. We were welcomed by Domenico in an exceptional way, with fruit and wine. Apartment in great condition, matches the photos posted. A stone's throw from the center, the sea, and the ancient village. We'll definitely be back
