Very nice and functional apartment in a very welcoming setting with a very large swimming pool and numerous activities and restaurants within walking distance or a few minutes by car. Barbara was always very precise and punctual in communications, she gave us great tips for activities and where to eat! The trabocco experience is also beautiful!

Anna Pia's home is a beautiful home, very clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed and more. The house is in a great location. Anna Pia is a wonderful host, very kind and easy to communicate with. The best host we ever had!! Should we need to stay in Atessa again we will definitely choose Anna Pia' s home again and again. This was a Home away from Home. Thank you Anna Pia!!!

The house is located a short walk from the center of roundabouts, equipped with all the comforts, super working heating and hot water, two well-finished bathrooms. Francesco was kind and helpful, even in the face of our own unexpected that we had on the last day. Maximum flexibility at both check-in and check-out Definitely coming back

Fantastic stay with great character

A lovely apartment with stunning views. The kids enjoyed collecting eggs from the chickens and fruit from the trees. The spacious apartment was extremely clean, with all the amenities. Danilo was very responsive and helpful.

Alessandro is a super helpful, friendly and very responsive host. The apartment is easy to find, clean and equipped with any comfort: kettle, coffee maker, herbal teas, pots and dishes. Suitable for both short and long stays. Close to the slopes of Monte Pratello and other villages in the area. Super super recommended!

Five days were too little compared to the experience of staying in this relaxing and restorative paradise in a fairytale, quiet and quiet context... exactly what I was looking for! The structure is very clean, very tidy, modern and complete with everything, there is really nothing missing from the amenities to the surprises left by the owners in the kitchen, which you don't expect and that you really appreciate :) Very kind and helpful hosts who thank you so much for your hospitality. The (beautiful) pool may seem like the differentiating element, but in reality the real plus is the largest balcony overlooking a green expanse of the super peaceful fields. Thanks to the type of stay I spent here I can start working completely rested and relaxed again, I will be back as soon as I can !

I recommend Alessandro’s place while staying in Pacentro. It has plenty of space and a very strong wifi connection, which accommodated my remote work schedule. It is conveniently located to everything you would want to see in Pacentro.

So well equipped, you could quite literally live there. Massimo was incredibly kind in leaving some welcome gifts and touches, and was really helpful and pleasant in everything he did and we asked. Would 100% not hesitate to return.

Beautiful, bright, large and comfortable house. Even outside large spaces. We felt at home with all the comforts. In each room there is a television, beyond the large bedrooms also the shared spaces such as kitchen (huge), living room and veranda.

Monica was an exemplary host: kind, shrewd and helpful! Her home was wonderful, large, cozy and tidy, with spaces for leisure and relaxation such as the pool and the hobby room with barbecue perfect for me and my friends! A unique experience and, we all hope, soon repeatable!

Stefano's apartment is perfect for those who plan to spend a few days of tranquility in a beautiful part of Abruzzo, in the middle of the Gran Sasso park. Spacious, fully equipped, clean, with a garden overlooking the surrounding mountains. The apartment is perfect for families, even with small children. The added value of this apartment is definitely the hospitality of Stefano and his family. Stefano's father, Dino, welcomed me and my family as fraternal friends, giving excellent advice on the area and even helping us with the housekeeping (on several occasions, even early in the morning, he helped me light the fireplace). Stefano even brought us some great meat from the butcher shop where he works. In short, perfect accommodation and incredible hospitality! When we go to Abruzzo, we will definitely return to this home!

We loved our stay here. The apartment is just like the pictures — tons of character that fit Guardiagrele perfectly. The bathrooms are beautiful and well renovated, the kitchen is functional but the appliances could be updated (we made it work just fine), the bedrooms are huge with lots of storage. You couldn’t ask for a better location. We had two toddlers with us and I was worried it may be noisy in the piazza but it wasn’t an issue at all. The church bells are right outside the window but it added to the experience. Ginerva was wonderful and extremely responsive. Highly recommend!
