The house is located a short walk from the center of roundabouts, equipped with all the comforts, super working heating and hot water, two well-finished bathrooms. Fabiola's home is perfect for us looking for comfort but also practicality. It is small but cozy and absolutely nothing is missing to spend a stay and feel at home. The cleanliness was excellent, and the bed, despite being a sofa bed, is comfortable and comfortable. Super soft sheets and duvet. The thoughtful decor makes it clear that Fabiola cares about his guests. This is also shown by his constant availability and promptness in answering every question. The house is located in a beautiful viewpoint and is very close to many paths and walks. We easily found parking on the main street even though it was partying. We recommend it!

A lovely apartment with stunning views. The kids enjoyed collecting eggs from the chickens and fruit from the trees. The spacious apartment was extremely clean, with all the amenities. Danilo was very responsive and helpful.

Alessandro is a super helpful, friendly and very responsive host. The apartment is easy to find, clean and equipped with any comfort: kettle, coffee maker, herbal teas, pots and dishes. Suitable for both short and long stays. Close to the slopes of Monte Pratello and other villages in the area. Super super recommended!

we had a great time in Pietro's house. Right in the historic center of Civitella, a stone's throw from the three mountains taverna restaurant and also close to the hiking trails. The house is easy to get to and comfortable, of course being an attic is not really suitable for very tall people! We found everything you need and also breakfast items. The only downside is that being an attic has few windows and the humidity felt a little, but it was enough to open and ventilate to immediately improve the situation. we will definitely be back because the location is great!

My stay wasn't really for vacation, but to take advantage of a cycle of therapies at the Terme di Popoli. Eliana and Daniel, her partner, were very kind, helpful and very discreet. The house met all expectations, being very clean, comfortable, so much so that it feels like it's in your own home. Popoli is a very nice town, with lots of greenery for nice walks. Positive experience.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Alessandro went above and beyond with thoughtful suggestions for local excursions. He helped us discover some hidden gems we never would have found on our own. The property itself was quaint, cozy, and comfortable, everything we hoped for and more. We truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. If we’re ever back in the area, we’d return in a heartbeat. I recommend Alessandro’s place while staying in Pacentro. It has plenty of space and a very strong wifi connection, which accommodated my remote work schedule. It is conveniently located to everything you would want to see in Pacentro.

So well equipped, you could quite literally live there. Massimo was incredibly kind in leaving some welcome gifts and touches, and was really helpful and pleasant in everything he did and we asked. Would 100% not hesitate to return.

Beautiful, bright, large and comfortable house. Even outside large spaces. We felt at home with all the comforts. In each room there is a television, beyond the large bedrooms also the shared spaces such as kitchen (huge), living room and veranda.

Monica was an exemplary host: kind, shrewd and helpful! Her home was wonderful, large, cozy and tidy, with spaces for leisure and relaxation such as the pool and the hobby room with barbecue perfect for me and my friends! A unique experience and, we all hope, soon repeatable!

Stefano's apartment is perfect for those who plan to spend a few days of tranquility in a beautiful part of Abruzzo, in the middle of the Gran Sasso park. Spacious, fully equipped, clean, with a garden overlooking the surrounding mountains. The apartment is perfect for families, even with small children. The added value of this apartment is definitely the hospitality of Stefano and his family. Stefano's father, Dino, welcomed me and my family as fraternal friends, giving excellent advice on the area and even helping us with the housekeeping (on several occasions, even early in the morning, he helped me light the fireplace). Stefano even brought us some great meat from the butcher shop where he works. In short, perfect accommodation and incredible hospitality! When we go to Abruzzo, we will definitely return to this home!

We loved our stay here. The apartment is just like the pictures — tons of character that fit Guardiagrele perfectly. The bathrooms are beautiful and well renovated, the kitchen is functional but the appliances could be updated (we made it work just fine), the bedrooms are huge with lots of storage. You couldn’t ask for a better location. We had two toddlers with us and I was worried it may be noisy in the piazza but it wasn’t an issue at all. The church bells are right outside the window but it added to the experience. Ginerva was wonderful and extremely responsive. Highly recommend!
