Second time staying at Marcos' house! I'll be back whenever I can. There is only one caveat: both last time and this time, the building's doormen are very confused and we have to do the initial identification every time, even if you leave and enter several times on the same day and it is the same doorman and you have your information that had already been passed by the host. But with a little patience, everything works out. Other than that, everything was perfect!! I recommend it!

The neighborhood is calm, with everyday scenes of children playing in the streets and locals relaxing outside their homes. I was able to walk to nearby destinations without difficulty. It is appropriate to mention that in the immediate vicinity of the building there is a bakery and a store that offers fresh Pará açaí. Accommodations were as advertised, providing me with a comfortable and serene stay. From the window, I was pleased to watch local birds like the bem-te-vis and the hand sanhaços. It's an experience I recommend.

Great stay, AP as per listing. Comfortable, good location, well equipped. Quick and easy check-in. Some repairs are needed, the box was braking, it could only close with great difficulty. The sink drain was smelly. The microwave did not work and the air conditioning was leaking water. I would like to stay again, I recommend it.
