Perfect place for a girls getaway. Views were perfect and the outdoor bathtub was relaxing. Comfortable beds and couch. Will definitely book again

We had a wonderful two months stay at Gemma and Karen’s place. It was a home from home while we looked for a permanent home and we had everything we needed. The house was well set up with everything we needed for a long term stay and a couple of issues we had were dealt with quickly by our amazing hosts. A bbq was quickly replaced when the burners went faulty and our hosts were great at checking up with us to see how we were. After a two month stay and social interactions with our hosts at the local Bingal Bay cafe (which is a great community hub) we consider the hosts as good friends too! The house is just 500m from one of the most glorious beaches in the area and we had the most relaxing time enjoying a home that we considered our home for the stay. Thank you Karen and Gemma for making our stay as relaxing as possible. We hope to see the family around the Mission Beach area now we have decided to stay here rather than head to a bigger city. Beautifully designed, cosy and very private house deep in the rainforest. Was great coming home to the tranquility of the house after a day exploring the tablelands. We loved spending time hanging out in the peace and quiet, playing with the games and jigsaws provided, listening to the sound of the river and waterfall... and the occasional possum on the roof!

The Ants Nest is a beautiful old cottage that felt homely as soon as you walked through the door. Perfect for family with the beach located directly in front of the property and the lovely foreshore park and playground viewing distance from the front veranda. Highly recommend a stay there

I enjoyed the stay. The location is private and in a great natural setting. Not far from MIssion beach to enjoy the walk through the licuala palm forest and beach walk with views to the islands. The local market was on and it was great to browse and buy local produce.

We spent Christmas holidays in Mel's beautiful house. Fantastic location-- beach front, a minute walk to cafes and bar and near the boat ramp. Everyone love the pool! Will definitely come back next time around.

We had a great stay. Walking distance to the beach,also the bush and creek out the back was beautiful. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Adrienne was a great host and had everything prepared nicely for our visit.

When we arrived there was an issue with the apartment, but it was sorted out within 10 min. Very happy how this was handled. Apartment was spotless clean. Kitchen well equipped. Kids loved the pool and how close it is to the beach. Great stay.

Our second stay at beautiful mission beach in this apartment. It is such a special part of the world and this apartment is ideal to enjoy it! Direct beach access and quiet pool, gorgeous gardens. Appreciated the new couch in the lounge made the stay very comfortable!

Suzanne was a fantastic host and I could not fault anything at the property! Such a beautiful home so close to the beach. Suzanne made us feel right at home and was very very helpful, communicated promptly and all round a 10/10 host. We will definitely be back

Etty Bay is my childhood beach so I’m slightly biased, but I still think it’s my favourite beach in the world - where the rainforest meets the sea and the wildlife roam free! Stunning views from the house, yet tucked away you feel like you’re a million miles away from everything but a short stroll down to the beach make this such a hidden paradise!

Absolutely incredible stay! The views from the balcony were breathtaking, overlooking the water, soft sand and swaying palm trees. It felt like a postcard come to life. Brenda was so friendly and helpful throughout the stay, making everything easy and welcoming. The place itself was spotless, you could tell she really cares about keeping it clean and comfortable for guests. The bed was super comfortable too. I slept like a dream every night. I'll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend!
