My family and I spent a great holiday at your Carlos and Dona Rita's house. The house is delicious, much better than the pictures. Because it is high, it is possible to view the entire city, which by the way is very tasty. The delightful swimming pool and super quiet neighborhood, being perfect at bedtime. Communication with the hosts was quick and always willing to help. We will definitely return.

All was wonderful, the only thing that could bring even more convenience would be air conditioning in the bedrooms, in the most, very equipped house, large kitchen, beautiful and clean pool.. everything was very good, I indicate to anyone who wants quiet in a very beautiful place!!!

The house is simple, rustic, very clean and well decorated. And the farm is unbelievably peaceful. My mother was delighted. It's a quiet farm, with puppies, a nice pool and common areas equipped with everything! It is for those looking for tranquility and a connection with nature. My family loved it and we'll be back again!

We arrived and were greeted by Cesar with a giant basket of jabuticabas! Marcio's accommodation is extremely clean, very comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. He always responded very quickly and gave us suggestions for the region. The wifi is very fast, great for working, and the kitchen is very well equipped. It's easy to find the place and the farm dogs are great company!

Leticia was by far the most attentive and understanding, we love the house is much better than in the photos, the pool really is very warm, the house has everything it is necessary, we have nothing missing. We'll be back for sure, our stay was wonderful🥰!

The Sítio de Marcelo e Júlia is really cozy and charming, it is a place to forget the city, and to be able to live good times in the family and enjoy the children and having contact with Nature and we have a lot of enjoyment of the goibadas and Avocados harvested directly from the foot by ourselves. All small mishaps were quickly resolved by Julia and Marcelo. The only one that is located is for the distance of the city, it takes an average of about 30 minutes to reach downtown Caconde, about 10 or 11 km of dirt road that is not difficult, but on some stretches it is very narrow and even touches the cars, but it is quiet to pass. However I will bring good memories of this wonderful place that I really enjoyed being, I would definitely come back.

We had a very comfortable stay, everything was clean and organized. The house is very inviting and functional. The only question is the temperature of the pool, which in the advertisement appears as "heated" plus it is actually air-conditioned, in the description of the advertisement is correct, matches the solar heating, more anyway Jeovana gave us all support and this did not hinder the experience.
