It was such a great stay at Jamila's place - right in the center of everything and such a short walk to the old city and everything you'll want in central Baku. The place itself has a nice balcony, plenty of space, it was everything needed to feel right at home. Would come back any time!

Дім дуже просторий і зручний. Знаходиться поблизу Гірськолижного курорту Шагдаг(20 хвилин на машині). Поблизу є невеличкі маркети і гарні ресторани. Але і у дворі є гриль зона, де самостійно можна приготувати будь що. Гарна літня кухня з підігрівом підлоги. Сауна та джакузі коштує окремих грошей. Дуже комфортний зал і кухонна зона в домі. Три спальні кімнати на першому поверсі і у двох із них є свої санвузли і також є один загальний, чотири кімнати на другому з загальм санвузлом. Дуже все охайно і стильно. По всьому домі теплі поли і дуже тепло. Єдине що засмучує, це відсутність душових кабін або скляних стінок для приймання душу. Вся вода розлітається в різні боки. Двір чудовий, охайно підстрижена травичка.Є окрема альтанка, але у зимовий період не дуже актуально 😉. Влітку буде бомба. Радимо цей будинок для відпочинку 100% для великої родини або дружньої компанія.

My first trip to Baku and Azerbaijan. It was COP29 so super busy and all accommodation in very high demand. I was very fortunate to find Orxan’s apartment. What a blessing. Very close to downtown and the old city. Great views across to the Caspian Sea. Wonderful areas for walks. And very safe walking locally to and from great local restaurants and coffee shops. I highly recommend this location and what a fantastic host. Super considerate and helpful at all times. Thank you, Orxan. 🙏

الموقع مميز جدا قريب جدآ من كل شي المركز والبحر والمطاعم والتسوق . الشقه في الطابق الخامس ولاكن يوجد مصعد قديم ولاكن يعمل بشكل جيد. مدخل الشقه قديم ولاكن الشقه نظيفة ومجدده بالكامل.

Ki bu metro aracılığıyla İçeriseher vb birçk tarihi yere gidebiliyorsunuz. ✅ Metroya yakın büyük marketler var, buradan gıda, alkol, temizlik malzemesi vb ihtiyaçlarınızı giderebilirsiniz. ✅Polis idaresi karşısında, güvenlik açısından gece geç saatte eve gelsek de sorun yaşamadık. ✅Binanın güvenliğindeki amcalar ve teyzeler anahtar teslimi konusunda yardımcı oldu. ✅ Ev yeni, geniş, mutfakta asgari yetecek tabak / çanak / bardak mevcut. ✅Evde wifii sorunsuz çekiyor. ✅Ev sahibi çok yardımcı, eve varıştan çıkışa kadar yazdığımız herşeyde yardımcı oldu sağolsun. Türkçe yazıştık, anlaşmada da bir sorun olmadı. ✅4 kişi rahat kalabilir (2 çift kişilik yatak mevcut) ✅Yine gitsem, yine aynı yeri ve kişiyi tercih ederdim. Herşey için teşekkürler.

Ramil was an amazing host and was very easy to communicate with his reply to everything was "no problem". He was available to help us us with anything at any time. We all really enjoyed our stay at his place. The house was as described with all the amenities as listed. The stay was comfortable and Ramil made sure we did not have any issues during it. He was available within minutes of us asking for help which was really nice of him.

The property was everything we wanted.. it is spacious, clean, had cooking utensils that got us by daily, in good proximity to town centre and more importantly had a groceries store at the front, where we could easily source for food items. The host is very responsive and made our check in seamless. There was no waiting around. I will be staying here if I visit Baku again

Place was awesome.Right smack near happening place. Boulevard is at walkable distance. Kamil is a great host. He took time to meet us and show around few local spots around the apartment. Only opportunity is to have a lift, otherwise it's perfect place which am sure all would enjoy during the stay.

Написано рай, и правда, как в раю, кругом горы, тишина, яблони и птицы поют. Дом отличный, кровать удобная, просторно, в душе можно было бы жить! Единственное, точка на карте нас сначала привела на соседнюю улицу, но мы нашлись, спасибо помощи Илькина! Были всего два дня, но с радостью бы прожили здесь весь отпуск.

Отличный большой дом! Три спальни. Гостинная! Три туалета. Удобная кухня со всеми необходимыми принадлежностями. Хорошее расположение. Рядом соленное озеро и большой супермаркет. И до моря можно добраться на автобусе за копейки.

Elxan was a great host! He was very friendly, responsive and accommodating. Few things that we asked him to fix in the apartment were fixed the same day. He was always available for any question or concern that we had. Apartment was older but very beautiful, it had a historic charm. Location was close to boulevard and lots of shops, restaurants, etc . Located right above subway station so that’s convenient as well. Thank you for being a great host ! We would definitely stay with Elxan our next trip to Baku.

Un appartement idéalement situé dans le lacis des ruelles de la vieille ville. Nargiz fut une personne très à l'écoute et très flexible. Un grand merci à elle pour son hospitalité et son aide précieuse. L'appartement est spacieux et calme, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour : wifi de qualité, air conditionné...
