We loved our stay at this place beautiful location all the great amenities. The helper Lydia was super super nice cooked for us. Clean for us. Waited on us. She was fantastic. Augustin was fantastic. The grounds are great. Well kept Jacuzzi hot. The pool is great the dock area down by the lake could be fixed up a bit. It’s a bit worn down, but it was fun to use the kayaks and the paddleboard, we really enjoyed it. Thank you. The animals were a hoot as well. Kids really enjoyed that part.

A great place to enjoy with family and friends, during the stay everything was fine. The caregiver was in charge of opening us and checking in. I would definitely come back

Dearest Alejandro, your cottage/log cabin is a lovely, hidden gem! From the moment the gates to the property open, one can feel the coziness and privacy it offers. It is an amazing place for a quiet, relaxing and tranquil getaway or retreat. I couldn't see myself staying elsewhere to end my vacation with my loved ones in Guatemala. Thank you for being so welcoming, cooperative, and collaborative; given our needs. Your kindness and willingness to assist went beyond our expectations. Please extend our gratitude to Don Jesus, who was very kind and helpful as well. (He made sure the fire place was on before we returned in the evening, we had fresh linen and a clean/sanitized environment daily). If possible, we'd love to stay here next time we visit Guatemala!

An excellent service and house for relaxing and getting out of the routine, the house is much nicer in person and cozy, and the cleanliness in the house is impeccable was a very good experience.

Loved the house -- yes, you get an entire house with a two-windowed office and big professional glass desk, an upstairs with two bedrooms, a spiral staircase, and views to both volcánes de agua and fuego. Lots of interesting books about art and some on history await you. You enter the property via the lockable big garage style doors common to Guatemala homesteads. Interior from those doors, the plot of land is shared with another house of the hostess, not Emiliano. They weren't there originally but arrived a couple days into my stay along with their playful German shepherd. The coffeemaker stopped working and they replaced it within hours. Very comfortable stay in a beautifull gated community. If you head out of the community, bring your ID and the address of the place to get back in.

A breathtaking view! A place that will exceed your expectations. It is a cozy cabin, perfect for families to prepare pizza in a wood-burning oven, smores at the campfire, surrounded by nature... The sunrise is a spectacle. Highly recommended.

The accommodation is as shown in the photos and description. It has very nice rooms, and a beautiful view of the lake. The common areas are comfortable and spacious. Bernhard was very kind, answered quickly at all times, attended to any request made and was looking forward to our arrival from days before check-in. I recommend the accommodation and we hope to be back soon!

The house is as shown in the photos and even better, it is very spacious and there is enough room for up to 15 people. Luis was very attentive, he answered the questions and allowed us to enter a little earlier, the house has a beautiful view and complies with the amenities. Only the internet signal should be a little better since it was weak at times. The gentleman who takes care of the house on the outside is very kind and attentive, I prepared the campfire for us and he would open us if we were late. We would gladly return without a problem.

I loved the place so much I extended. IT's within walking distance to the center yet in a tranquil garden so it feels like being in the countryside while being steps away from the vibrant city.

Andres was a very welcoming and responsive host. The home and property were beautiful, private, and well maintained with 24/7 security. Highly recommend doing the coffee tour across the street at Finca Filadelfia and eating at their restaurant. Note the home is about ~40 min walk or 8 min Uber from Antigua.

The house is well comfortable, the rooms are good space, it has all the amenities to feel comfortable and like at home, we were very comfortable for 3 nights.

The house is very nice and cozy with a beautiful garden. Communication with Carol and César was excellent, they answered our questions and were always attentive. Right next to the property was a plant nursery where we bought nice pots with flowers, they sell them at a super affordable price. My family and I were fascinated with the accommodation and the service received. We would definitely love to return if an opportunity arises in the future.

The house looks exactly as on the pictures and we felt immediately at home. We could walk in 15 minutes to our spanish school. Would definitely come back! Thank you Camila and Gustavo for such a pleasant stay!
