One bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and the other bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and a desk. The bathroom has tub/ shower combo with safety bars. The kitchen is set up and stocked for your cooking needs. Enjoy coffee on the front porch or the back patio. During the summer months enjoy outdoor dining and bbq amongst the flowers. Apartment as pictured and is extremely secure. Comfortable matrress. Nicely stocked with tea, coffee, spices, some other items you would use everyday in the kitchen. Has Keurig and bean coffee with grinder and french press. Also has a selection of Montana blend teas. Even though this is a basement unit I never heard any noise from the upstairs units. Location in general is quiet and especially so at night. Has very good instructions for getting into the unit. Book on table has recommendations for local attractions and local places to eat. Excellent checkout instructions. Would rent again.

Home was very cozy. 3 bedroom and 1 bath. Nice kitchen and living room. Perfect for our weekend there in Fairfield. Right downtown so close to coffee shops and stores. Cheryl was prompt on answering all questions and very nice to rent from! Only thing to note is an incline of stairs to get to the apartment. There are nice railings on both side of the stairs but if you have a family member who has difficulty climbing stairs it may be difficult to access the apartment.

Everything was as stated. Place was clean, neat and quiet. Exactly what we were looking for.

Reanna was a responsive, friendly and accommodating host. The place itself was one of the nicest Airbnbs I have ever stayed at. It was tastefully, thoughtfully and well furnished. Everything worked and looked well cared for. I especially liked the sitting area or sun room in the front of the house. It was a wonderful place to stay.

Rose was a great host! Her home is very comfortable and clean. All amenities were there as listed. It was a warm weekend and Rose was kind enough to come out to the house and set up the air conditioner for us. I would highly recommend her home to anyone. It’s close to many restaurants and stores, but still quiet and peaceful. Our family really enjoyed being there.

My wife, dog, and I stayed at the cabin for 4 nights. We were in town from Oregon, for the Defiance Anti Social NRL Hunter shooting match. We had an excellent time!! The cabin was very comfortable and pet friendly. 😁 To be honest, pics of the cabin show it secluded. When in fact it isn't. There are a few other cabins around, and above this cabin staring down at you. Not a big deal really. Everyone was quiet, and it was peaceful. Just thought I'd mention it. We'll be back next year for the match, and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for everything! Working with Sarah was a breeze! A+ service!!
