The apartment is beautiful and in a perfect location. The shopping center is 2 min away and on the main road you will find all kind of restaurants. Lorena is an amazing person. She is very reachable and easy to communicate. during my stayed the faucet got damaged and I couldn't close it. She arrived at the apartment and she got someone to fix it right away. Lorena also allowed me to do early check in and late check in. Lorena is an amazing host.

it is an excellent apartment, with a very good location, the person in charge is very friendly and helped us get an additional parking space; however in the description of the property they do not tell people that a one-off payment of 5 thousand per person must be made for a handle that at no time was required by the police as at the door as they tell the guest, additional charge of 5,000 per person for access to the pool and 5 thousand per person for access to the sauna and the use is only 2 hours i.e. if the guest wants to be more time in the pool they must check if there is a quota and pay again for the times you want to use the wet areas.

Diana's accommodation is wonderful, very spacious, bright, tidy, with excellent quality products, plus a beautiful view of the Sochagota lagoon. Strategically located if you want to visit the Paipa hot springs complex, on the road that leads to the historic Pantano de Vargas. The building has a 24-hour concierge, the apartment has an independent entrance which makes it easy to enter. You can use the wet areas such as the Turkish bath, jacuzzi, and pool with prior reservation and for a small additional cost. Diana was always very attentive to our needs and was very kind. In addition, Mrs. Ana, who received us, was extremely attentive, very helpful and was always willing to give us recommendations and clarify doubts. The accommodation is perfect for families since it has 3 bedrooms, a spacious dining room and living room and a magnificent balcony. It was a perfect stay, highly recommended accommodation. Thank you so much for everything, we will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is as shown in the photos: very nice, clean, spacious, bright and with a very pleasant atmosphere. It is excellently located, close to everything: restaurants, supermarkets, the lake, an ideal boardwalk to walk and enjoy the scenery. The area is quiet, safe and perfect for walking. The apartment is very well equipped, we had absolutely everything we needed. Care is noted in every detail to make guests feel comfortable. Spacious parking, a heated pool with a great view of the lake, and although it is small, it is very nice because they control access. The host was simply spectacular: very friendly, attentive, patient and always willing to help. He responded very quickly to any concerns and made us feel right at home. We highly recommend it and would definitely come back.

Firstly, it was an absolute pleasure living in this apartment. Señor Edilberto is a very kind, attentive and engaged host! He goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is one that meets and even exceeds your expectations. The staff, which is led by Señor Rafael are extremely responsible and attentive to any issues that arise. They handle it all with professionalism, class and care. The place itself is located in the safest and best part of the City. With police located right in front and parque intra which includes a basketball court. Close to restaurants, bus terminal, mall and gym. The apartment itself is spacious, luxurious and contains all the necessities and more. Absolutely loved this place, the people and my experience. Definitely recommend! Thanks!

Diana is a great host, responsive and friendly. The place inside is quite clean and good, unfortunately the entry road is not paved(200 meters) generating a lot of dust in the air, but is not an issue of the apartment.
