Vacation rentals with a patio in Casamassima

A lovely spacious apartment with a very large balcony with beautiful views over the harbour and sea. Apartment was modern and spotless and contained everything needed and all working perfectly. Just one up from the ground floor with lots of free parking close by. Friendly host who was courteous and obliging, and always available.

Everything was fine! We had a nice place to stay in a great place to stay. The only inconvenience is that the occupancy tax was not indicated in the listing.

We enjoyed our stay at Marina's apartment. Despite being in the countryside, the road to access the property was wide and in good conditions (which is rare in the Puglian countryside!). Very peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful gardens. The apartment was well heated, comfortable and very clean. Marina (the host) was always available for any help we needed during our stay.

I confirm all positive reviews against Marcello who is an exceptionally kind host. Warm and welcoming he gave us valuable tips for our visits, such as taking the train to visit Bari. In short, we had a wonderful week and hope to return to ostuni soon.

Isabella’s house is one of those beautifully constructed built-to-last Italian homes. There is a large terrazza, and it is perfectly private, surrounded on all open sides with greenery and privacy fencing. It is obvious that they have thought through every detail of their hosting, because the apartment was superb, the amenities were perfect, the communication was friendly and proactive, and every one on the support staff, from the housekeeper to the recommended driver, showed nothing but 100% perfect professionalism. I really must recommend Isabella’s place in the highest possible terms. In addition, it is right on the sea and the wifi works well- so 10 out of 10.

The Airbnb in Monopoli was perfect for our stay! The location is unbeatable – just a few steps to the beach and within walking distance of the old town. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated and well appointed. Emanuela was super friendly and always available. Absolutely recommended for a relaxing holiday!

We occupy the three apartments that Pasquale has, perfect for our family. Impeccable, very cared for and with everything you need to be comfortable. Very close to the Sassi but in a quieter area and with good restaurants. Very good experience. I recommend it

Very modern, comfortable, nice and excellent equipment apartment. Lovely planted terrace with whirlpool, hammock, lounge furniture, barbecue and table tennis. Vincenzo is a super friendly, sympathetic, flexible and open-minded host. We enjoyed our stay and felt very welcome in his home. I highly recommend staying at Vincenzo's apartment.

Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

Great house in an idyllic location. My three children had a great time, especially in the large pool. By car, everything is easily accessible in a reasonable time. We would book again anytime.

The AirBnB was truly fantastic. Based on the photos, we already expected a lot of beautiful things, but the views over Fasano and in the distance the sea exceeded everything. The pool was lovely and clean. The house itself was fine and equipped with all the necessities. Marika was a great host, always willing to help. Unfortunately, I was unfortunate that I got a flu right before arrival and got quite sick. Marika was there to help with medicine and clean linens. From the AirBnB you can visit many beautiful places - Polignano a Mare, Alberobello (the Trulli village), several beach clubs along the coast and with a little further drive you have still reached Lecce, Tarente and Brindisi. A lot closer is the town of Fasano, nice to see and there are quite a few restaurants to find. A restaurant within walking distance of the AirBnB. A simple kitchen, but fine for when you don't want to cook an evening but also not drive.

Spacious, nicely decorated, very clean and as described. Quiet neighborhood and possibility to park in front of the house, it's very convenient. Very kind and available host. It was perfect thank you! I recommend!

We thank Umberto and Simone as they were very kind and made the experience even more special. The location is perfect, located in the historic center and very convenient to easily visit the whole area. The house is arranged on two levels, on the first floor it offers a bright living room, an elegant bedroom with a mirrored wall, and a bathroom with a hot tub perfect for relaxation. Upstairs, the modern and well-equipped kitchen with a particular sofa with a panoramic view, perfect for reading during sunset. In addition, there is also a second bathroom with a particular RGB shower. The highlight is the terrace, an enchanting space where you can relax or dine outdoors, enjoying the unique atmosphere of the historic center. Every detail in the house is designed to offer maximum comfort. We were very happy, I highly recommend this place for those looking for a comfortable and well-kept stay.

Ludovica’s home in Ostuni is a true hidden gem — it feels like stepping into a piece of history. She kindly greeted us after our long flight with recommendations for a delicious pizza dinner and a welcome basket of local food. The rooftop was our favorite part, with a view of the sea and historical Ostuni. The beds were comfortable, the showers were hot, and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this spot for your next trip to Puglia. Parking locally on the street was very easy, if you’re looking to rent a car.

Very easy comunication. Very fast and easy check in. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. Great loation. There was cheap parking in the neighborhood.

Claudio’s place was wonderful. Claudio is a warm and caring person. He did everything he could to make us comfortable. His place is in a great location, close to the train station and the water. We allowed staying there. Highest recommendations.

Marco was an incredibly great host who always helped us very quickly. The garage arrangement was particularly great. The apartment was very clean and the terrace was a dream. Noise sensitive people should take earplugs to sleep, but that is a problem of Bari and not of the apartment. We had a wonderful vacation!

Great location, walkable to many sites and restaurants. Hosts are quick to respond and were flexible on check in time. Nice quiet spot and the hot tub was a great addition. Would come back if visiting Bari again.

Mrs. Ersilia very kind and helpful, the apartment as described, we had the opportunity to be there only for one night so we did not visit the area, but the location itself is very convenient, close to Bari. Clean, modest, cozy :)
