House vacation rentals in Casalvieri

We spent almost a month at Ana's house in Cervaro this spring & we really enjoyed our stay! The house immediately makes you feel at home because of the decorations. Inside the house is everything you need, the kitchen has all cooking stuff + paella pans + orange juicer and lovely tableware. The garden is larger than the pictures make it seem, with multiple levels. We spent most of our daytime outside on the lounge sofa & on the sun deck! The surroundings are beautiful: mountain views at all sides, ideal for hiking & cycling. Cervaro centro is 10min walking and has some nice bars that are open day and evening, Cassino is 15min by car and has everything else. Communication with Ana was easy and we were happy with the local recommendations for food & visits. We would highly recommend staying at Ana's house to relax and enjoy Lazio's beautiful nature 💚

We had some very nice days at Christian's place. He doesn't know what good he can do for us as guests to have a good time, and offers great suggestions for restaurants and things to both see and do. Also responds immediately to messages. The beach was in walking distance, and what a beach, absolutely stunning! The apartment is also very nice, modern and well equipped and with nice, private patios. The apartment is a bit outside the city center, so it might be okay to have a car.

Very nice apartment as shown in the pictures. Clean. Calm and private since there were no upstairs guests, however dogs barking in the neighborhood, especially in the night. 1,5km walk to the beach with restaurants and ice cream places.

Inside and outside an incredibly nice house. We are spoiled travelers but were completely impressed. Everything was there, clean, sufficient, good beds, nice sofas, top kitchen, nice pool. Completely private. Beautiful art and other stuff. The people of Novasol that let us in were so friendly. And Rosalia was so helpful. Everything above expectations!

Easy and helpful to communicate with.

We stayed at Kristina's place for a weekend with friends and it was a wonderful experience. The house is spacious, beautiful, and equipped with everything we needed: absolutely nothing was missing. The view is simply beautiful, it accompanied us at all times of the day making the stay even more special. A special thank you also goes to the neighbors, Luigi and Ivana, very kind and welcoming people who made us feel really welcome. Kristina was super helpful and kind. We will definitely be back!

Our stay in this beautiful family home was particularly nice . The location of this rental offers a beautiful view of the Bay of Formia/Gaeta. The beautiful and large garden with Mediterranean colors, the pool, the calm of this place allow you to relax well. The gastronomy of Italian cuisine is featured in nearby towns and tours of Naples, Pompeii… complete this Italian holiday. Not to mention Loredana's very warm welcome, always ready to be of service.

Very relaxing vacation, the exterior has ample space and very livable. The swimming pool is small but it does its job. The kitchen is well-stocked and functional. Sandra is very helpful and has recommended many activities in the area (many with discounts). A great vacation in a peaceful setting.

Marco's house is well located in the center of Pescasseroli from where you can easily reach all the towns of the National Park, the proximity of the car parking makes everything very simple. The house is nice and spacious, four of us stayed comfortably. Marco was very helpful for travel tips and directions. Thank you!

A very nice stay in Cecilia's pretty blue house with superb mountain views and very nice decoration in the house. Everything is clean and well-equipped. Access is a bit tricky so plan to communicate well with Cecilia in order to get a parking space. A beautiful village that's quiet, relaxing and pleasant. I would really recommend it, Cecilia was very accommodating despite our late arrival following a change in our schedule, a big thank you again, very friendly and serious person. The only concern is that we did not stay longer 😅 and would have liked to stay longer in this beautiful soothing setting. See you in Best regards, Paul and family

The windmill house has completely satisfied us, a very nice structure in total relaxation. It was like being at home with all the comforts and a beautiful fireplace. The area is very quiet even for the time we stayed. Surely during the summer it is all more lively and the trails are more feasible but still the view remains breathtaking. You have to arrive prepared since there are no supermarkets in the area and to shop a little more substantial you have to go down to the valley but still feasible. The walks are quiet and relaxing and our dog Zoe had a great time too. If there is an opportunity, we will definitely come back. Laura was a great host, very helpful and present in welcoming us and accompanying us to the house, in showing us the area to park and in the final greetings. There were four of us plus two dogs, we had a great time. Cozy house, heated and equipped with every comfort, built on two levels with two bathrooms, spacious in the right places. It will be a reference point and one more reason to return to Castel di Sangro!

4 nights of total relaxation, the mornings the birds and the flow of the river kept us company during breakfast. The silence of the village in the evening is a treat for those escaping from busy city life. Visiting some gems of Molise was a beautiful experience and Roberta's accommodation is part of it.

My friends and I were guests of Roberto for two nights, a pleasant stay that met expectations. The area is very quiet and the house is spacious in the rooms and common spaces tidy and equipped with comfortable private bathrooms. We would have liked more clarity about the extra contribution to the kitchen but otherwise the stay was great, as did Roberto's availability.

Serious and very kind people, always available . The house is cared for in small details to guarantee guests a comfortable stay as if they were at home. Very nice outdoor space. Great strategic location to visit enchanting places both south such as Sperlonga (5 minutes away) and Gaeta at 20 , and in the north such as Terracina, San Felice Circeo and Sabaudia. Very nice villa near the sea, well-kept and tastefully furnished, spacious and stocked with everything, with plenty of kitchen utensils and to enjoy the lovely garden. The rooms are comfortable and with many closets, several televisions, air conditioning and fans available. In 7 you are perfectly comfortable. The area is residential and quiet. The sea is a 4-minute walk away. Even our dog had a great time, with the fence around the house he could stay in the garden in the cool while we went to the beach. The host Nicola is very kind and helpful and Mr. Maurizio is always ready to help for any eventuality. In short, a perfect experience and definitely to be repeated!

Angelo's place on Lago di Scanno is super! Inside spacious and clean and very suitable for 4 people. Outside with beautiful lake view, and a lovely garden to relax in. Angelo is a very friendly host who is also easy to reach. Already with a top location!

Michele's place is very nice, is a three story building, with a beautiful kitchen with a little balcony on the first floor and a bathroom with a shower. On the second floor tere are two nice size bedrooms one of them with a nice balcony and a second bathroom. The cleanliness is close to goodness they say, and the house is spotless. The view from the balconies is nice and the road is off the main traffic so it is very quiet, plus the fixtures are perfect to ensure that the noise stays out and the warmth stays in. Nice heaters spread around the house keep it very comfortable even in the winter. Michele. Is a perfect host, ready to accomodates all the possible issues. The presence of the stairs doesn't make it available to people with disabilities and difficulties walking, but this is because the building is in the old part of Itri and is not that easy to modify it. It is totally renewed inside, clean and perfectly equipped.

Miriam is a very nice person. He welcomed us into the house with all the hospitality we expect to make us feel at home. Its villa is beautiful, cozy, furnished with everything you need and attention to detail. Great outdoor patio ideal for a dinner with friends and healthy relaxation after a day at the beach. The area inside which the house is located is very nice, safe and a few steps from the center of San Felice. The sea is 3 minutes by car or 15 min by foot. Great with the bike, too. What's to say, we felt at home. Thank you for everything!
