The house borders the Chickasaw National Recreation Area (CNRA), which allows bow hunting (behind my house) & gun (2 miles north). Boat docks & swimming areas are nearby at Arbuckle Lake. Quiet cabin that is close to Lake Murray, Lake Texoma, the Arbuckle Wilderness Area and Turner Falls with ATV and Jeep trails at Crossbar Ranch in Davis plus lots of attractions in Sulphur. Numerous Casinos and gaming attractions - just a great place to explore. It is 9 miles to Madill and 13 to Ardmore, both of which have grocery stores and WalMarts although most of the restaurants are to be found in Ardmore. Stop on the way in and pick up your provisions, there is a full size fridge/freezer.

Centrally located between Sulphur & Davis, (7 miles from both) The home has everything you need from, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room and dining room, washer & dryer, 2 large covered patios with tables & chairs for your outdoor eating. A charcoal grill & Fire-pit. Large outdoor area for the kids to run, and close enough for a quick walk to one of the nearby lakes. Only 1 pet allowed w/fee MUST be housebroken On leash when outside & contained When alone.

Enjoy a relaxing 4-bedroom cabin nestled in 45-year-old pine trees unlike anything in the area. You are just minutes from Lake Murray, Hardy Murphy Coliseum, Downtown Ardmore and great restaurants! As of June 2023, the house was completely updated to give a cozy, relaxing place for our guests. The backyard is fenced in and surrounded by beautiful pine trees overlooking a historical barn in the background with a fire pit with Adirondack chairs. A great place to end the day or watch the sunrise.

Settled in a brand new neighborhood. Large fenced back yard with a screened in back porch that includes a reclining sofa and a tv. Ethernet ports in every room. 4k streaming wifi. The game room has a reclining love seat with two 55 inch TVs along with every game.775 books spread around the living room. Beds incline . Master bed is a king sleep number . Living room has sectional with recliners and a chaise that can sleep 3. There’s also a spare 4 inch mattress topper perfect for kids to sleep.
