Although it's the 3rd time we come back, we find the location even more beautiful and welcoming, and Mrs. Eugenia with a smile, happy with guests❤️! It will always be our place of soul, the oasis of well-being and tranquility, where to charge our batteries and where to enjoy the beautiful!

The place was amazing! Situated in an old village with beautiful view it is a perfect getaway for a family of 4, or as in our case, a family of 3 and grandparents. We only planned for a night to go visit the nearby attractions for kids on our way to Sibiu, but would have liked to stay one more night. Very spacious, modern, very clean and comfortable! AC in every room is a plus! Outside there is a nice yard for barbecue that we didn’t use but used the table for breakfast. There is also a small place just for the little ones! Overall the place was beyond expectations!

The entrance features a charming porch surrounded by lush vines, creating a natural canopy. Steps lead up to the door, while a stone wall lines the base of the house, enhancing the structure's inviting appearance. Sunlight filters through the foliage, casting playful shadows.

Located in a typical village not far from the Transfagarasan Pass, Richard's house is a good starting point for hikes in the Carpathians, a city tour (Sibiu, Sighisoara, etc.) or visiting Saxon Wehrkirchen. In the village there is a small shop where you can stock up on the essentials. The house and garden offer relaxing tranquility. Next door lives the loving grandmother who has delicious vegetables in the garden:)

We had a great stay at this house! Our favorite out if the six places where we stayed on our trip. The house is cozy and inviting with a lot of things we can do as a family outside. We loved the gazebo for family dinners and games. The kids played in the stream running behind the fence in the back (although it was quite cold). The fridge was big enough for our needs. The AC unit was adequate to cool down the sleeping space upstairs. The whole place was clean and that made a difference. Great gateway to exploring the Transfigurasan road.

Everything was fine. Everyone showed us where it was located. A large area with 2 ponds. There are a lot of dishes, including pots and pans. There are garlands near the house on the property. Quiet. Heating is automatic.

Beautiful house! We loved how comfortable everything was and how beautiful the surroundings were. There is even access to a little creek with a picnic table next to it. Valentin was helpful with getting in a bit early and we truly enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend!

What a warm welcome we had by Adrian: fresh bread, jam and fruit was waiting for us when we arrived. The contact before and during our stay with Raluca was warm and contained a lot of must visits. And then the place itself: the bedrooms are big and the kitchen has everything you will need to have a lovely stay. But you should definitely book this place for the lovely garden: kids can play everywhere and from the terrace you have an perfect spot to watch them playing around. The bbq and a fireplace are the finishing touch for an perfect stay. You can feel the warmth they have put in to the place. We will definitely recommend this place!

Tiberiu and his family made us feel at home. Very warm, hospitable and always attentive to our needs. The place is an oasis of tranquility, full of greenery and with a wonderful look at the Fagaras mountains. In the surroundings there are a lot of things to do and good restaurants where you can serve meals (attention - car is needed). Overall we relaxed and enjoyed our vacation to the fullest. We will definitely be back!

I highly recommend the tranquility of the Mountains . An incredible place with fairytale views. We all fell in love with this place and these cabins . The tub next to the cottage with a Great view to the mountains . It was wonderful. The owners were attentive to everything until the last detail. The stay at Eugenia’s place was wonderful. Amazing and generous at communication. Any problem Eugenia was there to help. We were two people, and we were alone in this historical farm house with a beautiful big garden that right through It’s middle passes a fresh stream of water, straight from the mountain!! We slept “like babies”, and had all what was needed to be confortable. Thank you, I recommend it to everyone that wants to be in peace in a far away village with nature.

If you want to go to Sibiu, do not stay in the town, book in Porumbacu de Sus at Tibi’s place: quiet, idyllic in the garden, geill your own food, eat outside, pick some apples …. . They have breakfast and they prepare dinner if reserved in advance. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.
