Absolutely beautiful studio that overlooks a valley filled with Kangaroos, Rabbits and plenty of birds. Driving into this property i was blown away by how gorgeous this place is in person. The studio gets plenty of sun, and is less than a 5 min walk away from Audrey Wilkinson. The location of the property is perfect, as it felt very private yet was so close to everything that Pokolbin had to offer! Sally was very responsive, making our check in & stay feel seamless. She also recommended some local eateries, and was very kind and welcoming. Genuinely can’t recommend this place enough, the whole experience was a 10/10 and i’m looking forward to coming here again. Thank you so so much Sally and Iain for hosting us!

A beautiful house in a fantastic spot near Birubi beach and the Tomaree Coastal walk. The layout is great and the house is very stylish. The spa was awesome. Seem small at first but really deep and heats up within 2.5 hours. Plenty of space in the house for a family of 5. Walkable to Birubi beach (10 mins) which is patrolled with a cafe and is great for boogie boarding. Join the coastal walk only 1 min walk away, bring hiking boots as can be a bit muddy/rocky.

This is a lovely retreat which makes you feel on top of the world - with incredible views north over the Port Stephens peninsula. At night the stars are incredible. The house itself is modern, clean and fresh with everything you'd need - and the beds are very comfortable. The communal spa and pool is beautiful - and the water temperature was perfect. The whole place feels like a mini private resort. Jane was very communicative with clear instructions. Would definitely stay here again.

The proprietors, Panassa and Nathan, demonstrate outstanding hospitality. Their property is meticulously maintained, showcasing exceptional cleanliness and beauty. The beds provide supreme comfort, while the pool is spotless. Ziona’s beautiful home was perfect for my little birthday trip with friends. The house was stunning and had mostly everything we needed for our stay! The front door is a bit temperamental but once knowing how it works/ how to do it there is no issues!! Very quite neighbourhood and is perfect for morning or afternoon walks/ runs with the beach also very close. Ziona was extremely helpful throughout our stay with recommendations in regards to food and drinks, aswell as small things we may needed help with: heating the pool, front door, fuze box And was very responsive. Overall our stay was beautiful and would definitely book with her again.

We had a fantastic stay with everything we needed at the house. The house layout, yard, pool was fantastic. The house was so clean and had literally everything we needed. Great place to stay with family or if you want to be close to the golf course.

The location is perfect for a short getaway and very suitable for little kids. The house was very clean and has great amenities for kids. Renee is also very proactive with recommendations and the likes. We had a great stay!

we stayed at Villa Nessa for a bucks weekend with 14 guys, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was immaculate, spacious, and felt more like a home than a rental. There were plenty of comfortable beds, large living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen that made group meals easy. The spa was a standout feature—hot, clean, and ideal for relaxing after a long day. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet still close to everything we needed. Although we didn’t meet Vanessa in person, she was an exceptional host. Her communication was prompt, polite, and super helpful from start to finish. She made everything smooth and stress-free, even with a large group. It’s clear she puts a lot of care into making the home welcoming and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our mate’s upcoming wedding. Highly recommended to any group looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-managed stay. Would definitely return to Villa Nessa

Very comfortable and tastefully presented accommodation as advertised. Backyard looks great too although a bit cold for us to use it at this time of year and didn’t bring the dog this time. We had no issues but nonetheless communication was quick and smooth. Happy to recommend, would stay again

Adrian and Fiona's Home in Belmont, is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It is also very spacious and perfect for a couple that needs a place to stay near Lake Macquarie and Belmont. There is a beautiful nature all around you if you have time to explore. The driveway to the airbnb is tight and there is no room to turn around at the end so reversing out is required. We had a large car so that was a bit tricky, especially as we were asked to stay on the driveway not the grass. Apart from that I would certainly recommend staying here and would stay again.

Wow! I have a lot to say about this bnb experience.. First and most importantly, Sarah is such a wonderful host - she allowed us to have an extremely flexible check-in and check-out. She went above and beyond and her hospitality was honestly spectacular. She was so flexible when we requested to stay longer and even gave us discounted rates. We were shocked at the incredible value her bnb was. It was like walking into a friend's home; such a well stocked kitchen, 10/10 beds, amazing bathroom and shower, beautifully decorated home and all the homely touches that make being away from home extra special. I cannot recommend Sarah's place enough. It exceeded our expectations and Sarah is honestly the perfect host.

We absolutely loved our fabulous stay at the Cosy Urban Retreat! The home is beautiful and has everything you can imagine and more. Dealing with Louise was a delight. This beautiful home is in a great location, very cosy, stunning decor, spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, very comfortable beds, excellent air conditioning/heating and the relaxing tranquil outdoor area is perfect. Such a unique house. Plenty of space, walking distance to the ferry into Newcastle CBD and the beach. Host was flexible with earlier check in and later check out but I guess that depends on bookings before and after.

We loved staying here. We were planning on taking our dog however didn’t in the end. We loved the seaside decorating and everything was fresh and clean. We would recommend.

The fact that this is our third stay says it all. Thank you for being flexible and for welcoming us back. We had such a lovely break. The water, ducks and swans took us away from city living immediately. We so appreciate our home away from home.

Sonia’s House is in a quiet community with beautiful views. Wake up with birds as your Alarm Clock. A Gorgeous Kitchen with all the utensils you need to feed the family. A chemical free non toxic environment, is very much appreciated. Thank you ☺️

Shane was great host and we loved the place

A very nice town house. Feels like home as soon as you walk in. Well appointed with all the small touches. Upstairs gets a bit hot but can be managed with the aircon in one bedroom and pedestal fans in the others. Would stay again.

Lovely homey stay over long weekend. Beautiful natural light filtering through glass doors. Gorgeous high ceilings which made it feel so spacious. Original house features complimented with modern bathrooms and kitchen. Air conditioning made it comfortably warm. Electric blankets on all beds allowed for extra comfort and a good nights sleep. Definitely recommend to stay.

Irena was a great host and very responsive to our questions and requests. We loved the house, it was homely and exactly what we were looking for in our extended family stay. Lovely neighbours, good location near the end of a wide and quiet street. Maryville is a great location and we liked the neighbourhood.

Fabulous location, walking distance to shops, cafes and the park. Off street parking was so convenient. Everything was clean, tidy and homely. Would highly recommend.
