Charming 4-Bedroom retreat with Beautiful Garden.

AlisonRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Anandjeet’s place was very homely and we were very comfortable. Our dogs were happy in the backyard. The beds and couches were comfy, the amenities were great. The living areas and bedrooms were clean. I was a little disappointed to find a rotting bunch of bananas in the pantry, one random muffin past use by and a carton of milk that had expired 10 days prior to our checkin in the fridge but other than this which could have completely been an oversight we were happy with the property. Paid a little more than we would have liked but it was Easter and our trip was last minute. Thank you Anandjeet - we would consider staying again.

Cosy Country Cottage with AirCon

TrentRating, 5 stars1 month ago
If - like us - you like old world country cottages, with all their quirks, you’ll love this one. Unlike country cottages though - which are notorious for being very cold - Emily had arranged for the reverse cycle heating to be on when we arrived, and the home was just the perfect temperature. Arriving at 6pm in early May, it was getting quite chilly outside, so this was very much appreciated, and just an extra indicator of how thoughtful Emily is as a host. We arrived late and left very early as this was only an overnight rest stop on the Adelaide-Canberra run, so we were in and out in a blink, but we found time to walk into town and explore what Hay has to offer for dinners - and again Emily provided useful information to assist with the choice. We would definitely stay here again when doing Canberra-Adelaide-Canberra family visits.
Two fluffy kittens are perched on a barbecue grill, their fur displaying a mix of grey and brown stripes. Both are gazing upwards, with their ears perked, as sunlight casts a warm glow on their faces against the backdrop of a rustic brick wall.
