House vacation rentals in Carrancas

It was a wonderful experience to be in São Thomé of the lyrics , and the house I stayed is wonderful I felt at home is for sure one day I want to come back to enjoy more .

Place exactly as in the pictures, spacious and very cozy. It doesn't make you want to leave. Sure, we'll be back.

Since the reservation was confirmed, we have had a quick response from host Tânia. The house corresponds to the ad, even being more beautiful in person. We felt welcomed and well installed. The house was clean, with kitchen utensils, bed and bath linens, in addition to a hairdryer, iron and other necessary items. They were very pleasant days in Tiradentes.

Ricardo's residence has excellent attributes: incredible pool, spectacular leisure area, privileged location and magnificent view. However, potential tenants should be aware of a legal restriction, a court agreement with neighbors that prohibits excessive noise. Therefore, if the intention is to use loud noises, vehicles with noisy engines or promote noisy events, it is essential to reconsider, as the police are called in immediately, resulting in the signing of a liability agreement. Despite this inconvenience, the stay was pleasant, with the sound restriction being the only negative point. In short, the property is ideal for guests seeking tranquility and silence, allowing only ambient music at low volume.

Domique's house is beautiful! The availability of the rooms, almost all of which are suites, gave us incredible comfort. Super true to the photos. The location is excellent, and it is possible to do most of the tours on foot. The house is well equipped. The only point of attention is that the Wi-Fi, despite being good, due to the thick walls (historic house) does not cover much of the house (bedrooms and front rooms). I was able to work in the dining room without connection problems. We had a great time there. I recommend it! I hope to be able to return!

Excellent cost-benefit.

We were received by Ricardo, who received us in a caring and efficient way, explained to us how everything worked. There was an afternoon coffee prepared for us, entitled to cheese and biscuits from the region, Tbm had fruits and eggs in caipira. All wonderful. Think of an equipped house! It's this rsrs had everything that was needed and a little bit more. Thanks for all the affection of Andréia and her husband with us, we live wonderful days and make sure the house, the reception, the tips... everything contributed!

Good value The same space and listing photos. Vitor the owner of the house always polite and answering all questions . Swimming pool and clean house. House near the lake. Only one point of improvement: Bad showers, almost no water comes out.

The stay was wonderful. The view and nature surrounding the site are the high point of this site. Many fruit trees and an amazing sunset. The host Moreno welcomed us very well and was very helpful in answering our questions. Rooms are just like the pictures. The two rooms are very spacious, comfortable beds and pillows and simple yet functional bathrooms. The living room is beautiful and super stylish and the kitchen fully equipped. In the front of the house there is a barbecue area and a place to make a fire. A delight! The owners have five dogs that we fell in love with, very docile and affectionate. We'll be back more often. One of the best places to relax in the wild!

I was delighted with the hosting. Oriana from the moment of the reservation proved to be solicitous. From our check in to check-out, Oriana was even more welcoming. At all times, he was worried about making us feel at home and being an unforgettable accommodation! The house has well-divided environments, fully equipped kitchen and full leisure area! It was all clean. impeccable bedding! We were in 3 couples and everyone was delighted with the space and with the host! super recommend!!! we hope to come back more often!!!

We scheduled with Patrícia, but we were greeted by Álvaro with warm cheese bread and coffee. We were delighted with such kindness. Our car broke down the moment we entered Carrancas, and Álvaro spared no effort to help us. In addition, the house is charming! Super cozy, clean and with all the necessary items. It was a perfect stay!

The host Claudia is very friendly, communicative and seeks to accommodate all requests. The house is in a very beautiful place, inside a condominium, on the second block of the edge of a wonderful dam! The view is sensational, from sunrise to sunset. Everything worked well and the space is very good for leisure and rest. The sauna with the integrated pool and the gourmet space are the highlight of the house, making the stay very pleasant!

Simple, cosy and quiet environment. Nice location and everything was as I expected. No issues during the stay.
