Lakefront Cottage on Tracy Pond, New Hampshire

Lakefront private cottage right on 47 acre Tracy pond. This pond has no public access so it is very quiet with only my home and another Air BnB rental on the 25 acre parcel. Loons, eagle, deer, otter and beaver are around. It has a fully equipped kitchen, deck and gas grill along with a stone firepit. Minutes to Bangor airport and downtown and one hour to Acadia National Park. You can swim and boat on the pond with kayaks and a canoe provided. Pets welcome but keep on leash and clean up after.

Propane grill on site. Plenty of parking available. In the winter, ideal location for snowmobiling and ice-fishing. Right on to the lake and then 4 locations to get on local/ITS trails. Great fishing 200’ from the porch. Once the ice is out, hit the black crappie and Smallies from the convenience of a private launch

We have an adorable rustic & comfy tiny house; warm & cozy, with a big queen bed AC & heater. There is a fridge, tea kettle, toaster oven & stovetop. We have a newly constructed shower room, pictures coming! There's a simple composting toilet indoors which works well & smells not at all. NO INDOOR PLUMBING but we supply drinking/cooking/washing water & there is a sink that drains. If you have more people & your own camping equipment, we have ample room for tents. additional $10/person.

The Little House

If you like rural back roads, long gravel driveways, and being immersed in nature, then our "Little House" is calling. A small quiet apartment, just the right size for one or two people with a full kitchen, bathroom, and a loft sleeping area with a queen size bed. My son and I truly enjoyed every moment we spent at the Treehouse. Whether it was using the kayaks in the cove, or enjoying the amazing views while sitting around the firepit (also enjoyed cooking hotdogs and s'mores on it), we felt right at home. The Treehouse is nicely furnished with amazing pieces that just add to the authentic feel of being in a treehouse. If only mine as a kid had all these features. I enjoyed listening to the loons out on the lake in the evenings and the ospreys fishing during the days. Definitely an experience that should not be passed up. Thank you to both Paul and Maureen for allowing us to share your little spot of heaven on earth.

10/10 would recommend Dana’s place! Easy to get to, and absolutely spotless! There is a nice walking trail to the lake to enjoy time by the water. We had a great stay, plenty to do within an hour radius of the Airbnb. As a chicken lover, I adored the flock that roamed the property. They’re very friendly :)

We stayed at the place for 2 nights while visiting Acadia over the Memorial Day weekend. The place was exactly as advertised. As we were a group of 3, the couch on the living area which extends to a decent size bed, had to be used. The stay was comfortable and as advertised. The place comes with a barbecue grill (we did not get a chance to use that), kitchen with enough utensils for a 2-3 people, decent amount of basic kitchen supplies. The place has a gorgeous view of the pond/lake right in front. It comes with a gas operated firepit on the porch (You cannot light bonfire with your own firewood). Ben was very helpful with every communication we had. We enjoyed our stay. There is a single toilet attached to the bedroom which is to be shared by all.

Beautiful tree house for a weekend get away. One of the main highlights was kayaking on the lake it was serene and absolutely stunning. Toni provided everything we needed and was very responsive the whole time we were there. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat to unplug and recharge, this treehouse is a hidden gem. I can’t wait to come back!

Amazing yet again! Stayed in 2023 and fell in love with the place. Came again this year for a family weekend away and it did not disappoint. It was quiet as most residents were gone for the season. That definitely added to the experience. Peaceful and beautiful foliage. Looking forward to our return in 2025!
