Adjacent to the lobby, there's a fantastic café where you can enjoy delicious meals anytime. The scenery outside changes with every time frame. Sometimes, the clouds are thick, resembling large cotton candies; other times, they are scattered, making it feel like living in the clouds. Even on rainy days, it's still very picturesque. Coupled with Hermès blankets and tableware, any photo taken looks beautiful, almost as if they've been Photoshopped, all with an Ins-vibe. As it's primarily for my parents' vacation stay. Therefore, it’s not available all the time and all furniture is custom-made for safety and comfort, ensuring you'll feel right at home during your stay. This independent penthouse 1-bedroom offers excellent privacy and tranquility, making it safe to leave the curtains open at night. You won't find the city lights too bright to sleep, but instead, you'll enjoy the charming urban scenery, reminiscent of scenes from a TV drama. Stream piano music via Bluetooth, light up some aromatic candles, pour yourself a glass of wine, and unwind while admiring the endless city lights and starry night sky. Nice ground floor unit in a quiet small block located minutes from the main precinct beaches and the esplanade. There is NO parking in the lane but free on-street parking and it's a flat 5-minute walk from the train station. The unit has Wi-Fi, beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella for your use. I've added a high chair and travel cot. There is a mattress topper, in case you find the mattress too firm. I prefer long term stays, and there are discounts for weekly and monthly stays.

You will love my spacious apartment in the beautiful Sutherland Shire with it's leafy outlook and distant city views. Very close to rail transport to Sydney centre, cafes, Cronulla beaches, Westfield Miranda, National Park and so much more. Security block with lift. My place is good for couples and families with children over 5. No cleaning fee is applied to my bookings Special Discount for Feb and Mar 2026 as our lift is being replaced and access to my 2nd floor is only via the stairs
